Chapter 1315 Apologize to Ms Benett!
"Since new people are joining, we'll have to change the rules..."
"Why do you keep spurting out such nonsense?"
As soon as Elisa spoke, Henry shifted his gaze to her. Contempt and condescension were written all over his face.
'Boom!'
Gareth lifted his leg and kicked Henry in his knees. Henry was caught off guard, and within a split second, he knelt on the ground.
"You're merely a subordinate. Who gave you the right to speak up?"
Seeing how his subordinate got kicked to the ground in front of many people in the casino, the man felt humiliated.
"Bro, why do you have to act this way? Everyone in the casino is here to have fun. No one likes to beat around the bush."
Gareth didn't bat an eye as he quickly scoffed, "I must say the people beating around the bush are your people. Don't you know how to judge a person properly? What's the point of having someone like this by your side?"
Gareth coldly sneered at the man without holding back.
"Are you going to play?"
The masked man frowned in dismay as he witnessed the scene unfold.
"Of course, let's play."
The man immediately went along agreeably and smiled at him.
Who would reject money that's being presented at their doorstep?
Gareth demanded through his clenched jaw, "Before we continue, make your subordinate apologize to my people."
His eyes were filled with disdain. Moreover, his hostile attitude made him look like a devil from hell. He wasn't going to back down.
Elisa was speechless when she heard what he said.
They were a divorced pair with no other meaningful relationship beyond acquaintance. What did Gareth mean when he said she was one of his people?
However, she didn't respond. The guy from earlier, Henry, looked ready to tear her to pieces. Besides, Gareth wouldn't give her a straight answer even if she had asked.
"We'll leave if you won't apologize."
Just like Gareth, Elisa displayed a firm stance on the matter.
Leave?
They won seventy thousand from the previous two rounds. No one had left the casino with such a massive amount of winnings.
The man had no choice but to command his subordinate, "Henry, apologize to Ms. Benett!"
Although Henry was unwilling, he had to follow the orders given to him by his boss.
"Please forgive me, Ms. Benett."
