No Chance of Remarriage Get Lost (Elisa) novel Chapter 2278

Will appeared to have heard a ridiculous joke.

"Are your supposed good intentions just a way for you to meddle in my life? You claim that everything started because of Elisa, but why don't you admit that it all began because of you?"

Will responded with another question.

By now, he had lost his temper.

Seeing him like this, even Marsha couldn't bear it any longer. She erupted in anger, "Enough! Don't think that I will compromise and stop interfering in your affairs just because you're acting this way!"

Will chuckled softly. "Then everything you said earlier was pointless. If I can't get what I want, what's the point in treating these legs? Furthermore, you don't understand me at all. You think I'm a burden to you, and I feel the same about you. So, what kind of mother-son bond can we even speak of between us?"

As Will finished speaking, the smirk on his face was evident. Even in his eyes, there was a hint of resolute determination, something that didn't escape Marsha's notice.

"You're severing our mother-son relationship for Elisa?" Marsha asked incredulously. As she uttered these words, she could distinctly feel a lump in her throat and a heavy sensation in her heart.

She was overcome by a sense of panic she had never experienced before.

Will's tone remained unchanged. "Since everything is so difficult, why not find a solution? I don't want to prolong our discussion either."

As the words fell, Will turned his head away, not wanting to see Marsha's determined expression.

In that moment, Marsha felt as if someone had mercilessly pierced her heart with a sharp blade.

In fact, she seemed to hear the shattering of her own heart, along with the sound of blood dripping downwards.

"Why are you doing all this for Elisa? Is she worth all your efforts? If she were to accept you, why do you have to go through all of this? Will, why can't you understand?"
