Noelle was determined to reclaim what she had previously contributed.

Cedric stood by the door, watching her resolute expression without interfering.

He didn't know exactly what Noelle planned to do, but judging by her demeanor, he figured she had it under control. If not, he would step in to clean up the mess.

Just as Noelle exited the system, there was a loud knock on the door.

She sneered. "He's finally here."

Noelle walked out of the study and looked at Cedric. "You might want to hide for now."

He raised an eyebrow. "Do I really look that bad?"

Noelle chuckled. "I don't mean it like that. Donovan's here to cause trouble, and I'm worried he'll walk in and hit you first."

With that, she pushed Cedric back into his room. "I'll handle my own problems."

Cedric reluctantly nodded and returned to his room.

Noelle turned to open the front door, only to find Frank sitting outside in a wheelchair.

Her expression turned cold. "Why are you here?"

Frank looked up at her and said, "I delayed Donovan as much as I could. Come with me now."

Noelle took a step back, widening the space between them. "I'm not going anywhere."
