No longer a pushover (Noelle and Cedric) novel Chapter 256

Noelle felt dizzy, her vision spinning, nausea rising in her throat, and a loud buzzing in her ears.

She felt like she was about to lose consciousness. However, in her foggy state, she noticed someone moving around beside her, rummaging through things.

She slowly opened her eyes, but everything in front of her was a blur of red. She saw someone take the computer from her side.

She tried to stop them, but she had no strength left. All she could do was watch helplessly as the person stole it.

She turned and saw Cedric slumped over the steering wheel, blood dripping from his head.

"Cedric, wake up!"

But ultimately, Noelle lost consciousness. She couldn't shake the thought that she'd caused trouble for Cedric.

What seemed like an ordinary car accident had caused a huge stir in the Greene family!

"Greene family Heir Suspected of Cheating, Involved in Car Accident with New Lover!"

The news quickly made its way to the entertainment headlines, only to be swiftly removed.

When Noelle woke up, she was surrounded by the strong scent of disinfectant. She realized she was in a hospital.

Alfred sighed in relief. "Nelly, you're awake. Are you feeling okay?"

"Where's Cedric? How is he?" Noelle only remembered that he had been hurt worse than she had.

"He's fine, nothing serious. Just don't move too much. You're on an IV."

"I want to see him!"

Noelle insisted, unwilling to relax until she saw him for herself.

"Not yet."

"Why? Is Cedric seriously hurt? Are you hiding it from me?" The thought made Noelle even more anxious.

Alfred gently held her down. "Have you been watching too many dramas? It's really nothing major, but his family is here. It wouldn't be appropriate for you to see him right now.

"After all, you were both in the car accident, and it could cause some misunderstandings."

After the accident, the Greene family had turned the hospital upside down, looking for the culprit!
