Chapter 62

Frankie as it Noelle saw him as merely a stranger!

Noelle turned and walked in the opposite direction, where Cedic had been paletly waiting for her, holding a black umbrella. She ran up to him and asked. “Was it you who asked Mr. York deliver the stationery to me?

Cedric noticed the smile on her face and figured that she was not affected by the incident. He suppressed his anger and calmly replied, “Yeah.

“Thanks a lot, Cedric. You really saved me!” replied Noelle. She then rabbed her stomach and continerd, “I’m starving! Let’s get something to eat. I still have to prepare for the exam in th

Apanicked Franken up to her as she got into the car. “Where are you going, Noelle? I need to talk to you!”

He held onto the car door and anxiously looked at Noelle inside the car. Noelle was as expressionless as before. “There’s no need to talk”

“Noelle, realy didn’t mean to be late

She remained unfazed. “I know that already. Can you let good your hand now?”

But Frank did not let go; rather, he did not dare to let go. He had a bad feeling that if he were to let go of his hand, Noelle would never come back.

Alfeld not take it anymore and stepped up to grab Frank by the collar. “Dude, you’re just being pathetic!“”

Frank was about to lose his temper. “The older brother! Who the hell do you think you are?”

Alfred sneered and replied, “I’ve never seen an older brother that only makes their younger sibling’s lives worse! Har stationery came from your house, and it just so happened to be broker right before the exam

“After all that, you told her to wait for you and swore up and down that you’d return with new ones, only to show up late! Just how evil can your entire family be?”

Alfredcould not just stand around and do nothing after having witnessed Noelle’s hardships firsthand

Anyone could tell that stationery would not just break for no good reason. Alfred could not stomach their behavior and treatment of Noelle.

Frank was stunned “I didn’t know that.”

Alfred had no filters when it came to scolding others. Then go and figure it out! What do you think you’re doing trying to force Nelly to forgive you?
