Next to her, a couple of chic pretty girls who were wearing a ton of makeup were gossiping.

The hot girl sitting next to Rita was wearing a red leather skirt. Her nice legs attracted lots of attention.

She was Amanda Cooper. She was pretty and her body was shaped like an hourglass.

“Rita, that loser pissed you off again?”

Speaking of Calvin, Rita couldn’t suppress her anger.

“Don’t mention him. I’m sick of this!”

All the girls realized it was indeed about that loser.

“Rita, we really don’t get it why you chose that douche bag. You’re rich and pretty. You can do so much better.”

“Yeah, I heard that your family asked you to marry him only because he could end the doom of your family. But it’s been three years. The doom must be ended by now. You should just dumb him and find a better one. Do you want me to set a date for you?’

The other girls were all kicking up a fuss and Rita felt sick. She got up and ran to the toilet.

Rita threw up and then washed her face by the sink. She finally felt better.

When she walked out of the toilet, a man stopped her.

Rita frowned and looked up. It was a slender young man who was wearing designer’s clothes. He was grinning wickedly at her.

“Honey, can I buy you a drink?”

Even if Rita wasn’t upset over a man, she would never accept a drink from a total stranger.
