After All the Hurt, She Chose Herself novel Chapter 360

In the ambulance, his blood pressure had been low, but it had remained stable.

Those few needles had been the key to saving his life!

If you didn’t see it with your own eyes, you would never believe it.

“Oxygen, and start the transfusion immediately!”

Aria pulled out the last needle and told the nurse to open the IV drip to its maximum flow rate.

The nurse glanced at the doctor, who gave a silent nod.

“Excuse me, are you Ms. Rowan? Professor Alden’s protégé?” the doctor asked unexpectedly.

Aria finished cleaning her needles, a little surprised. “You know me?”

She studied the doctor’s face—a plain, middle-aged man she didn’t recognize at all.

Hearing Aria’s confirmation, the doctor visibly tensed. He opened his mouth to say something but held back.

“Ms. Rowan, it’s a true honor!”

Aria shook his hand, perplexed. “Hello.”

After arranging everything, Raphael went to find Aria just as the police arrived.

Aria pulled up her medical license on her phone, ready to explain, but the doctor had already stepped forward to speak with the police.

“Without the aid of any medical instruments, Ms. Rowan managed to save the life of a terminal cancer patient! It’s a miracle! A miracle in the history of medicine!”

A nurse muttered under her breath.

“What’s gotten into Dr. Croft? He’s usually so by-the-book. Why is he so worked up this time?”

Another young nurse whispered back.

“I heard Dr. Croft is a huge fan of Dawn. He’s watched the available online videos of Dawn’s surgeries thousands of times. He came to our hospital because this is where Dawn performed that famous surgery. Now another miracle has happened, how could he not be excited?”

“Oh, so that’s why! But Ms. Rowan really is amazing. Did you see just now? The moment she pulled the needles, the data… If Dawn wasn’t a surgeon, I’d almost suspect Ms. Rowan was Dawn! Still, Ms. Rowan is so young, it’s only a matter of time before she surpasses Dawn!”
