Gimme: [Alicia is straight-up saying what I wish I could. She’s my spirit animal right now.]
Fishguy: [She’s so right. What’s wrong with hating fake socializing? Why does Felicity gotta act all superior and call her out?]
Your_eye: [And let’s be honest, Felicity’s been giving Alicia the stink eye this whole time. How does she even have the nerve to start pointing fingers?]
Dento: [Weren’t we told Alicia was the group bully, and Felicity was the one getting picked on? So why does it look like Felicity’s the one acting all superior now?]
Everyone in the chat totally agreed with that idea.
Felicity obviously couldn’t stand Alicia, but she still expected Alicia to bend over backwards just to please her. That was some serious double standards.
Felicity was totally stunned. She never expected Alicia to say something like that.
Felicity wondered, still in shock, ‘Is Alicia seriously losing her mind?
‘Aren’t we all supposed to just fake being friendly on these shows, even if we can’t stand each other?
“Why does she always have to make herself special?’
But honestly, she couldn’t even come up with a comeback. Everyone knew they didn’t get along anyway.
She quickly changed the subject, trying to shift the spotlight. “Fine, we don’t get along, so if you want to ignore me, whatever.
“But Nicole, Mr. Moore, and Mr. Delaney never did anything to you, right? Why are you snubbing them too?”
Nicole was the company’s rising star, the heir’s childhood friend, and she was super close with their agent.
Nicole was able to join this show mostly because someone put in a good word for her.
So Felicity mentioned Nicole to make them seem tight.
Alicia couldn’t help but chuckle. “They didn’t bother saying hi to me either.”
She switched gears, smirking, “Besides, like I’d actually have the guts to go up and talk to them first?
“One of their fans said they wanted their idol and his crew to freeze me out and get me blacklisted.
“And the other two? The whole internet’s been roasting me for supposedly clout-chasing and trying to ride their coattails.
“I’m not that desperate. Like I haven’t been dragged enough already. Why would I just hand myself over for
another round of hate?”

Felicity just stared at her, lost for words.
‘Is Alicia actually crazy? She’s got some serious guts, dissing those three right in front of everyone, Felicity thought. ‘Seriously, what am I supposed to say?!
Nicole looked genuinely taken aback. She honestly hadn’t expected Alicia to throw shade like that, especially right in front of everyone.
‘How does Alicia have the nerve to diss them so openly? Isn’t she worried their fans will roast her alive?’ Nicole thought.
Of course Alicia wasn’t scared at all. She was already getting roasted the hardest by their fans.
If she was the type to get all sensitive over random hate from strangers, she would’ve quit the scene ages ago.
She’d been dragged through the mud so many times that there was nothing left for them to tear her down with. She had nothing left to be afraid of.
She didn’t believe everyone was that gullible and would just keep getting played by those fans and internet trolls forever.
Nicolas and Maxwell were caught off guard. Alicia didn’t bother with any greetings and went straight for the
sarcasm.
But neither of them got upset. They knew her personality inside out.
Honestly, her snarky remarks were way better than when she used to give them the cold shoulder and talk about cutting ties.
The fact that she was still willing to argue meant there was hope. Just like before, they’d fight, go through a cold war, and then make up in the end.
Maxwell pulled off his sunglasses. He flashed Alicia a friendly grin, “Looks like we were the first ones out here. Guess we should’ve been the ones to say hi first, huh?
“First time teaming up on a reality show. Let’s make this collab awesome.”
If he didn’t speak up first, with Alicia’s fiery attitude, she’d totally give him the silent treatment all day.
He had a hot-headed sister, and he could do nothing with that.
