After I left, the twin Alphas went crazy novel Chapter 130

He was a respected Beta, a man known for his wisdom and fairness, and right now, he looked as if he’d been betrayed.

Arman, however, seemed unmoved. His gaze flickered slightly, but his face remained impassive.

“I didn’t do any of those things,” he insisted, his voice brittle and defensive. “And I certainly don’t have a sister who’s nothing but a liar.”

“Enough!” Uncle Dennis’s voice boomed, breaking through the tension.

His eyes snapped to Arman, his expression now tinged with an unmistakable disappointment. His gaze shifted to Linda, who sat quietly beside Arman, dabbing at her tear-streaked cheeks.

“We’ve already looked into the incident,” Dennis continued, his tone icy. “The surveillance footage and the paramedics’ records from last night prove that Sophia wasn’t lying. Arman, your actions were inexcusable.”

Arman’s face drained of color, and I watched as he visibly recoiled.

Losing his positions in the pack meant far more than losing power—it meant losing the privilege and respect he had taken for granted.

This was a punishment he hadn’t anticipated, and his expression was a mix of disbelief and fear.

“No… you can’t do this…” he stammered, his voice breaking.

Dennis’s gaze remained unyielding, his tone cold.

“And as for you, Miss Linda,” he said, turning to her, “you are no longer welcome in the Moonshadow Pack. Pack business is for family and trusted allies. You can leave now.”

Linda’s tear-stained face morphed into something almost pitiful, her wide eyes gleaming with disbelief. She looked around the room, perhaps expecting someone to object, to speak on her behalf, but no one moved.

She stood slowly, trying to hold her composure, though I could see her carefully constructed façade crumbling with every step.

As she walked to the door, she hesitated and turned to Lirian, her voice soft and pleading.

“Lirian,” she whispered, her eyes wide and beseeching, “are you really going to side with a schoolyard bully?”

Lirian’s gaze fell on her, his expression bored, unimpressed. His voice, however, held an unmistakable edge.

I looked away, fiddling with my fingers, feeling both relieved and embarrassed.

“It’s just… I’ve only recently met her, but it feels like she’s been hunting me, as if she’s out for blood. I don’t know what I did to her…”

Lirian watched me for a long moment before speaking. “You don’t remember, do you?”

A frown tugged at my brow, confusion swirling in my mind. “Remember what?”

He paused, searching my face as if trying to gauge how much he could say. “You’ve known her far longer than you think, Sophia.”

His words hung in the air, each syllable settling over me like a thick fog.

My thoughts spun, trying to make sense of what he was saying.

I searched his eyes for answers, but all I found was a solemn, knowing look that left me feeling both curious and unsettled.
