A few days ago, when a director hosted a dinner to attract investors, Julian had commended Saul.

When Saul found out the actress would be there, he was beside himself with exciment. That night, after everyone had eaten and drunk their fill, Saul

couldn’t wait to visit the actress’s room. He stripped naked, intending to force himself on her.

As bad luck would have it, the actress’s sugar daddy showed up at exactly that moment.

The thought was oddly satisfying. Louisa couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

Julian, watching her bright smile, suddenly felt the knot of tension in his chest begin to unravel.

He smirked. “It’s not all bad. His lovesickness might not be cured, but he did get a nude photoshoot out of it. Plus, he supported the film industry–the

whole crew will be grateful.”

The “photoshoot‘ referred to the pictures taken when Saul was caught naked while attempting assault. Louisa felt nauseated just thinking about it.

Although Saul had been badly beaten, he knew he was in the wrong. But being a Businessman, business came first–as long as there was mutual profit to be

made, even mortal enemies could sit down tomorrow and drink merrily.

They left the hospital and got into the car.

“Are we heading back to the office now?” Louisa asked.

Julian replied, “It would be quitting time by the time we got there anyway. Let’s st go home.”

“Alright, Louisa agreed. She had been extremely busy lately and

p–deprived. Today was a rare chance to get home early.

Once home, she prepared to rest. She quickly showered and changed into her panas. Just as she was settling into bed, Sadie called.

Louisa answered, about to ask why she was calling at this hour, when she heard uttering sounds on Sadie’s end, along with doors slamming and hurried footsteps.

‘Sadie, what’s wrong? What happened? Louisa asked, concerned.

Flora got into a fight with someone at her studio. I just arrived, Sadie explained

They ended the call. Louisa quickly changed clothes, tied up her half–dry hair, grabbed her jacket, and headed out. While waiting for the elevator, Sadie

called again.

Louisa answered, “I’m already on my way. I’ll be there in fifteen minutes.”

“No, no, no, Sadie said. ‘I’m calling to tell you not to come.“‘

Louisa was even more confused. “Why not? What’s happening with Flora? Who did she fight with–a client?”

“Not a client,” Sadie replied.

“Then who?”

“Her half–sister, Renee Young.

Flora’s mother had passed away when she was in middle school. Just days after the funeral, her father Isaac moved his mistress and their daughter Renee

into the house.

Renee was only a year younger than Flora, which meant Isaac had been cheating hot long after getting married.

Flora, defending her mother’s honor, often fought with both her father and Renee After college, Flora started her own studio and had minimal contact with

the Young family.

‘I thought Flora and Renee hadn’t spoken in years,” Louisa continued. “Why are they fighting now? Is it serious? Is Flora hurt? Never mind–I’ll be there

soon and you can tell me everything.”

“No, don’t come,” Sadie rushed to say. “It’s nothing serious.”

Her tone was hesitant.

Louisa frowned. ‘Sadie, why are you being so evasive? Are you hiding something from me?”

‘No, what could I possibly hide? Flora and Renee both went back to the Young Va, so there’s no point in you coming here. Just wait at home and I’ll come

to you, Sadie explained.

Louisa reluctantly agreed.

Half an hour later, Sadie arrived at Louisa’s place, still catching her breath. Louis offered her a glass of warm water and they sat down on the couch.

‘Now can you tell me what happened?‘ Louisa asked.

Sadie looked uncomfortable,

‘Don’t lie to me. What really happened?‘ Louisa pressed.

Sadie sighed. “I changed my mind about you coming because Flora didn’t want you involved. She doesn’t want to put you in an awkward position with

Julian.”

“Remember when you told me the Young Group was having business issues? Sadie began. “Flora finally told me the truth today. The Young Group’s funding

has dried up completely.”

She continued, “Isaac approached William for help, but William didn’t want to get involved. He said the Tudor Group is now under Julian’s management, essentially passing the buck to Julian. Isaac had no choice but to approach Julian directly, who flatly refused him.

“Out of options, Isaac heard that you and Julian are close–and maybe more, according to rumors–so he tried to force Flora to ask for your help.

“Flora refused. She told her father bluntly that the company would either survive on its own or go bankrupt–she wouldn’t put her friend in that position. Isaac was so angry he kicked her out of the house.”

Sadie took a breath. “Flora hasn’t been back to the Young Villa for days. The Young Group’s problems must be serious by now. Renee went to confront Flora,

and they ended up fighting.”

She looked at Louisa with pleading eyes. “Flora doesn’t want to involve you, but can’t just watch her be driven to desperation. Louisa, please help her.”
