Chapter 395
Louisa was somewhat puzzled.
Wasn’t that business association supposed to be shady?
Drugging people, using their inner desires to control them.
Julian despised that sort of thing most. Why would he want contact with people from that association?
Louisa couldn’t figure it out.
He was always so secretive about his actions. Just yesterday, he’d approved that project loan for the Capulet Group, too.
She had no idea what he was up to.
Louisa simply stopped thinking about it and continued eating and chatting with Teddy.
In the end, Julian spent an hour in the private room with the other party, and Louisa and Teddy ate for an hour.
When Julian emerged, he was alone. No one else was with him.
Louisa and Teddy immediately followed behind him.
They’d eaten too much. One moment, Louisa would burp; the next moment, Teddy would burp.
Then they’d burp in unison.
Julian turned back to look at them. “Did I bring two bottomless pits out with me?”
Louisa and Teddy fell silent.
Mainly, they’d had nothing to do. Eating while chatting, and the food here was so delicious–they’d unconsciously overeaten.
Julian continued leading them out.
Entering the parking garage, Julian said to Teddy, “Leave me the keys. Take a cab back yourself.”
“Yes, Mr. Tudor.”

Teddy quickly handed over the keys and ran off smoothly.
He knew his place–he wouldn’t be a third wheel.
Louisa watched his rapidly retreating figure, really wanting to call out and tell him: You just ate too much, you can’t run that fast–you’ll get acute appendicitis.
But clearly, she didn’t have the chance to say it.
Julian saw her concerned expression. ‘What, an hour wasn’t enough for you two to chat? Are you planning to become sworn siblings?”

Chapter 395
Louisa turned back to look at him. “Why are you bullying Teddy? It’s so hard to get a cab here, and you’re leaving him alone.”
Julian: “Should I leave then?”
His tone was coolly resentful, carrying a trace of grievance.
Louisa was truly scared–scared Julian would throw another tantrum with her.
Seeing no one around, she quietly took his hand, her tone helpless yet gentle. “Mr. Tudor, it’s so hot out here. Let’s get in the car, okay?”
Julian didn’t move, just looked at her. “I haven’t eaten anything yet. Not a single bite.”
His tone was extremely aggrieved.
Louisa wanted to laugh, but didn’t dare. She said good–naturedly, “Then I’ll keep you company while you eat?”
Julian: “Don’t force yourself. It wouldn’t be good if you’re too full.”
“I’m not forcing myself, not at all.”
Louisa opened the passenger door and pushed him inside.
She got into the driver’s seat herself and closed the door.
Louisa saw Julian still sitting there leisurely, not even fastening his seatbelt.
Helplessly, she leaned over to fasten it for him herself.
Julian took the opportunity to embrace her slender waist, lowering his head for a passionate kiss.
Louisa froze for a moment, but didn’t refuse him.
She lay in his arms, holding his neck, returning his kiss.
The temperature inside the car rose rapidly.
Julian kissed her for a long time before releasing her, watching her flushed cheeks as she caught her breath.
His eyes glinted with fragmented light, his voice slightly hoarse. “No matter what I want to eat, my girlfriend will keep me company, right?”
Louisa lightly tapped his shoulder, then tugged at his tie. “You can’t eat people.”
Her tone was fierce, but it sounded like she was being coquettish.
Julian laughed softly and kissed her lips once more. “Okay, I’ll listen to my girlfriend. Won’t eat people. Let’s go eat something else.”
Louisa pushed him away, returned to the driver’s seat properly, and started the car.
Passing a uniquely decorated restaurant, Louisa asked, “How about eating here?”

Chapter 395
Julian: Tine.”
His tone was quite casual.
Louisa parked the car and walked into the restaurant with him.
Neither noticed that behind them was a blue car.
The window rolled down, revealing Teresa’s face.
Teresa had been following them since they left the company, even losing them once in the middle.
She’d even used William’s name to call the president’s office to find out where Julian was having lunch.
She’d been staking out the parking garage ever since.
She saw Teddy leave.
She saw Julian and Louisa talking.
She saw them get in the car, which didn’t drive away for a long time.
Teresa guessed they must be doing that sort of thing in the car.
Who would have thought Louisa, who acted so proper at work, was actually so wanton in private, seducing Julian in the car?
Teresa had been restraining the impulse to rush over and separate them, following all the way here.
She took out her phone, photographed Julian and Louisa holding hands as they entered the restaurant, and sent it to Adeline.
Then she sent a message: [Mom Adeline, Julian isn’t even focused on work anymore. He brings Louisa to business meals, and after eating, comes to such a cheap restaurant. Who knows what Louisa is planning to do to Julian?]
After reading it, Adeline’s brow furrowed tightly.
Inside the restaurant.
Julian and Louisa entered a private room and sat facing each other.
The food had already been served.
Louisa personally cut his steak, peeled his shrimp, and even ladled him a bowl of soup, urging, ‘Hurry up and eat.”
