"Mrs. Newton, you're back."

When the maids saw Agnes return, some greeted her, some kept chatting and laughing, and some simply continued their work without even looking up.

"If Mr. Newton comes back, he definitely won't be happy."

Linda swallowed her anger and reluctantly went to get the luggage.

Agnes watched Linda with satisfaction, the corners of her mouth rising uncontrollably.
