I quickly ran through the Ortega brothers in my mind, crossing them off one by one. Josh was definitely out. He was way too immature, and if Wesley started asking about pack management, he’d get caught after just a couple of questions.

Patrick wouldn’t work either. He was completely obsessed with designing the pack’s totems and spent every day holed up in the studio. He barely had time, and honestly, we weren’t close enough for me to ask him for a favor like this.
