It took a couple of weeks by following the twins mother around before I officially took on Luna duties. There was a lot more to being the Luna than I thought there was.

The Alpha’s had a lot of work to do, but I also had a lot of stuff to do as well. I was surprised whenever I woke up in the morning and I realized everything I had to do that day.

It was a little overwhelming at first but it wasn’t too long before I found my stride, and I was still helping Celie collaborate with research to help create werewolf suppressants. I found medicine really interesting and it wasn’t too long before we started getting calls from other Alpha’s throughout the country after they heard about the work that Celie and I were doing.

We weren’t telling anyone that I was a white wolf and that I helped break the curse between these two wolf packs. But they had heard about the other work that I had been doing and some of them were pretty major packs that the twins knew of but had never met before.

“What’s wrong?” I asked Tristan as I walked into the office.

“I just got off the phone with another Alpha. You are becoming more popular than we realized.” He said.

“What are you talking about?” I asked.

“Well, they know about what you are doing with Celie. And you are becoming very well known among the werewolf community.” He said.

I was standing there looking at Tristan and Nathan was sitting quietly at his desk on the other side of the room.

“Is that a bad thing?” I asked.

“No. Of course not. They think what you’re doing is great.” Tristan said.

“Why do you two look like it’s the end of the world?” I asked.

“We don’t think that.” Tristan said, turning his chair around to look out the window.

“We have a lot of work to do, babe.” Nathan said.

I didn’t leave when he asked me to but I did take a step back while I looked at the both of them and neither of them would look at me.

They were both acting so weird right now. And then it finally hit me as to why they were acting so weird.

“Are you fucking kidding me?” I asked.

“What?” Nathan asked and Tristan turned around to look at me.

“You’re fucking jealous because these Alpha’s are calling about me and not you. I’m the one that is getting more attention than you.” I said.

Tristan looked over at Nathan and neither of them said anything.

I thought I was doing a really good job with everything that I was doing. I was helping werewolves and I never would have imagined that my own mates would be jealous of what I was doing. This all started so I could help them and now they are fucking jealous.

I just shook my head at them and I turned to leave the office and I slammed the door behind me.

I finished up the work that I had that day when I was finally able to get upstairs to the bedroom.

I went to have a shower and I got ready for bed. But when I walked into the bedroom the twins were in there.

“Dinner’s ready.” Tristan said.

“I’m not hungry.” I said, laying on the bed.

“We’re sorry, alright. We know that everything you’re doing is for the greater good. We just weren’t expecting all of this attention.” Nathan said.

“You do know that I started all of this, and I agreed to all of this to help you two. It all started with you two. And now you’re pissed because I am taking it further and trying to help our entire species.” I said.

Nathan laid down beside me and he grabbed a hold of my waist.

“We’re sorry. But we haven’t seen you much these days. You’ve been really busy. You’ve been taking on more than just Luna duties.” Tristan said, laying down on the other side of me.

“And you’re always too tired when you come to bed.” Nathan said.

“You know that nothing is more important to me than you two are. I did all of this for you.” I said.

“We know that. It’s just a bit of a shock that you’re getting so much attention for it. We didn’t think news would spread like this.” Tristan said.

“Yeah. No thanks to Dean is my bet.” I said.

“You think he’s telling other Alpha’s?” Tristan asked.

“Probably bragging about his daughter being some sort of savior. That’s gonna get her hurt if the wrong person finds out about it.” Tristan said.

“You are so fucking wet.” Tristan moaned.

I moaned at the feeling of Tristan running me up and down and I started getting frustrated at him teasing me the way that he was.

Just as Tristan was about to push inside of me, my phone started ringing on the bedside table.

I felt Tristan reach over to grab it and he pulled away from me completely.

“It’s Sara.” He said, sitting on the bed next to me.

Nathan also got up on his elbows and let out an exasperated sigh.

“I’ll call her back.” I said.

“Just take it. You know she won’t stop calling until you do.” Nathan said. So I grabbed my phone and sat on the bed.

“Hey Sara.” I answered, not sounding too happy right now.

“Hi. I’m not catching you at a bad time, am I?” She asked. And I looked at the twins' faces.

Yeah, she was definitely calling at a bad time.

“Did you find something?” I asked, deliberately dodging her question.

My face suddenly dropped and the guys could hear what Sara was saying.

I heard low growls rippling from both of their throats. Their eyes going black and their wolves trying to push forward.
