Chapter 200: You Hunt, I Clean Up
Chapter 200: You Hunt, I Clean Up
(Author’s POV)
Griffin Drake stood in the center of the chaotic council hall. His face was a mask of dark
satisfaction as he surveyed the panic around him.

“Since we have already decided to send Uncle Carlos to the Enforcers‘ prison,” Griffin said, his
voice cutting through the noise like a blade of ice. “We might as well squeeze the last bit of value
out of him before he goes.”
He spoke of his own uncle as if the man were nothing more than a broken tool, ready to be
discarded. There was no pity in his tone, only cold calculation.
Inside Griffin’s chest, a twisted obsession burned hot. For years, Theodore Crimson had been the
gold standard, the Alpha King’s heir who cast a long shadow over every other male in the Northern
Territories. Griffin hated that effortless authority. He wanted to crush Theodore beneath his boot.
Matriarch Octavia Drake tapped her heavy cane against the marble floor to get his attention.
“Do you intend to use Carlos’s name to hire rogue hitmen?” she asked, her voice raspy with age and
stress. “Be careful, Griffin. Theodore is not an easy target. Even his own brother, Ronan, failed to
shake his position.”
Griffin let out a short, mocking laugh.
“I’m not stupid enough to send assassins after Theodore directly,” Griffin sneered. “Everyone knows his combat strength is monstrous, even in that chair. No, I’m going to use Uncle Carlos for what he does best–filthy, underhanded tricks.”
He turned to look at his grandmother, his grey eyes glinting with malice.
“We will target Amelia Stone,” Griffin declared. “I saw the way Theodore looked at her. That woman is his Achilles‘ heel. Destroying her will hurt him far more than any physical attack. I want to see the high and mighty Theodore Crimson lose his mind.”
Octavia studied her grandson’s face. She didn’t ask for specific details. She simply nodded, her
expression hardening.
“Very well,” she said. “To save the Drake Pack’s reputation, I will personally escort Carlos to the Werewolf Council tonight. We will spin the narrative. The rest of the revenge plan is in your hands.”

Chapter 200 You Hunt, Clean Up
An hour later, Amelia walked into the lobby of the Crimson Moon Pack headquarters.
The receptionist stood up quickly, a bright professional smile plastered on her face. “Welcome,
Miss Stone.”
However, the receptionist’s eyes kept drifting to the figure standing behind Amelia. Unit–001, the tall humanoid robot, stood silent and imposing. The blue light from its optical sensors hummed softly. The staff in the lobby whispered and pointed, their faces a mix of curiosity and unease.
Amelia ignored the stares. She pulled out the black access card Theodore had given her and swiped it at the private elevator bank.
The doors slid open instantly. She stepped in, and the car shot up to the top floor without
stopping.
When she reached the CEO’s office, the automatic doors sensed her bio–signature and glided open. Amelia turned to the robot.
“Wait here, Unit–001,” she ordered.
“Affirmative,” the robot replied in its mechanical voice.
Amelia walked inside. Theodore was sitting behind his massive mahogany desk. His Beta, Marcus, stood nearby holding a tablet.
“Continue to track the Drake family’s offshore asset movements,” Theodore was saying, his voice low and commanding. “I want to know where every cent goes.”
Marcus looked up and saw Amelia. He immediately bowed his head in respect.
“Miss Stone,” Marcus greeted her. He glanced at Theodore, then shut off his tablet. “I will leave you
two alone.”
Marcus quickly exited the room, the door sliding shut behind him.

Amelia didn’t stand on ceremony. She walked over to the leather sofa in the center of the room and sat down, crossing her legs comfortably. It felt like she was in her own territory.
“Did you know I was coming?” she asked, raising an eyebrow.
Theodore looked up from his files. “I’ve been watching you on the security feed since you left the
Stone estate.”
His eyes were fixed on her, heavy with unhidden affection.
Amelia chuckled. She picked up a glass of water from the table and swirled it gently.

“I just finished the share transfer at home,” she said. “And I saw the news about Carlos. You really went for the throat.”
She took a sip of water and looked at him. “Aren’t you worried? The Drake family is a massive beast. If you don’t kill it completely, it will bite back. And you still have plenty of enemies inside your own family watching for a mistake.”
Theodore smiled. He pressed a button on his wheelchair and glided smoothly across the room until he was right in front of her.
“If it is to vent your anger,” Theodore said, his voice deep and steady, “I don’t care about the trouble. I would take on the whole world for you.”
Amelia looked into his deep eyes. She could feel the sincerity radiating from him.
“If the Drakes are smart, they will stop,” Amelia said seriously. “But if they want to keep fighting… well, Ava is getting restless. She’s ready to tear someone apart.”
Theodore reached out and took her hand. His palm was warm and rough, engulfing her smaller
fingers.
“Since you have accepted my marking,” he said, his thumb stroking her skin, “an attack on you is an attack on me.”
He leaned forward slightly, his intense.

“Amelia, you are the future Luna of this pack,” Theodore said. “Do whatever you want. Be as ruthless as you need to be. If you hunt, I will clean up the mess. I will handle the bodies and the politics. You just stay safe.”
Amelia felt a warm current rush through her chest. Inside her mind, her wolf, Ava, wagged her tail happily, purring at the strength of their mate.
Amelia smiled back at him. “Deal. Let’s turn this city upside down.”

At 8:00 PM, the Drake Pack released an official statement. They announced that all pack ties with Carlos Drake had been severed.
Moments later, a video went viral. It showed Matriarch Octavia, looking frail but determined, personally handing her weeping son over to the Enforcers at the Werewolf Council station.
In her bedroom, Natasha Crimson lay on her stomach, kicking her feet in the air. She scrolled through the comments on her phone.
“Finally!” she cheered.

She quickly took screenshots of the news and opened a group chat app. She tapped on the group. named “Elite Pack Heirs.” This was an exclusive circle for the rich and powerful younger.
generation.
Natasha posted the screenshots.
[Natasha: Look at this! I told you all. This is what happens when you mess with Amelia. The Drake Pack had to cut off their own arm to survive Theodore’s wrath!]
She tagged several users who had been mocking Amelia the night before.
[Natasha: @Derek @Vivian Still think she’s weak? Where are you now?]
The chat stayed silent for a moment. Then, messages started popping up.
[Derek: Oh please. Carlos was just a useless gambler. Everyone knows he was trash.] [Vivian: Exactly. Griffin hasn’t even made a move yet. He’s the real power in that family.]
[RandomHeir1: The Stone family is unstable. Once Griffin starts his sanctions, Amelia will be crushed. She just started a blood feud she can’t win.]
Natasha rolled her eyes. Her phone buzzed with a private message from her best friend.
[Friend: These people are so annoying. Should we kick them out of the group?]
Natasha typed back quickly.
[Natasha: No way. Keep them. I want them to have a front–row seat when Amelia slaps their faces.]
She switched back to the main group chat. Her fingers flew across the screen.
[Natasha: Since you all have so much to say, why don’t you say it to her face?]
[Natasha: I’m inviting Amelia to the group.]
