Cheers erupted immediately from all the guests, loud and full of excitement. Voren’s eyes never left Seraphine’s for even a second.
Slowly and tenderly, he reached up and lifted the delicate veil from her face. The soft fabric drifted behind her shoulders as he tucked it away with care.
Everyone leaned forward in their seats, hearts racing as they waited for that kiss.
But instead, Voren stopped just inches from her face, his breath warm against her skin.
His lips brushed close to her ear as he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper but filled with so much intensity, "Even the human God has blessed us today. So who could ever stop us from loving each other like this?"
Seraphine couldn’t hold back her laughter, bright and bubbling up from deep inside.
Before she could even think of answering, one of his strong arms slipped around her waist.
In the next heartbeat, Voren dipped her backward with surprising ease and grace.
A chorus of excited gasps echoed all across the deck.
Then his lips found hers in a kiss that was slow, deep, and packed with every single emotion they had carried for years, love, longing, relief, and pure joy all wrapped into one.
The guests quickly rose to their feet, the energy electric.
Applause thundered around them as whistles mixed with more laughter, while several people wiped away happy tears that just wouldn’t stop.
The ocean breeze danced playfully through Seraphine’s hair while she melted completely into the kiss, forgetting for a moment that anyone else in the world even existed.
Without breaking it, Voren slowly brought her back upright again, holding her securely in his arms.
Only when she was standing safely did he finally pull away.
Their foreheads almost touched as his blue eyes searched hers with so much overwhelming love that it completely stole her breath away.
"I love you so much, Sera," he whispered, his voice thick with emotion.
Her smile softened into something incredibly tender.
"I love you too, V," she replied, reaching up to gently brush a stray strand of hair away from his forehead. "I always have. And I always will."
Her eyes glistened with fresh tears of pure happiness.
Another huge round of applause filled the entire yacht, warm and celebratory.
Within just a few minutes, the wedding crew worked their magic and transformed the beautifully decorated deck into a perfect reception area.
They had originally planned the celebration inside the yacht, but nobody wanted to leave the breathtaking ocean view behind. The weather was absolutely perfect, the breeze felt cool and refreshing, and the whole atmosphere was way too magical to even think about moving indoors.
Round tables got rearranged with surprising speed and efficiency.
Fresh flowers bloomed in every corner while soft, romantic music floated gently through the air.
Less than ten minutes later, everything was ready and the reception was in full swing.
A massive wedding cake rolled out onto the deck, its elegant white design decorated with fresh flowers and delicate gold details that matched the rest of the wedding perfectly.
Seraphine blinked away another happy tear as she was about to comfortably settle into her seat but was pulled onto Voren’s lap. "This shall be your permanent seat from now onwards," he cooed into her ears, not caring who was watching. Her cheeks blushed her heart bursting from all the joy.
