Chapter 789: Time for the Test (II)

Lei Wu licked his dried lips. He looked at the safe base that had been shut for three hours and said to his parents, "There is no point in waiting; they will not come. We might as well think of a way to find a way to survive, or else we will die without knowing how we all died." Her eyes flickered, but she did not say anything and simply nodded. She said to Lu Yu, "Just keep an eye on things and make sure that no one from the survivors causes any trouble while they are here." She then turned to look at Bai Zhan and asked her elder brother, "Is everything set, elder brother?" She had asked her brother to establish the defences and to make sure that everything would be fine and in place. They had to be prepared before the attack happened!
