Cheng Su replied, "Oh, you actually think about this? Aren’t there plenty of boys in the village getting married at eighteen or nineteen? I thought you were just like them, wanting to enjoy the blessings of having a son early, get the thrill of being a mother-in-law, and put on the airs of one too!"

"If a boy achieves something on his own, what kind of wife couldn’t he find? The key is to be accomplished and ambitious, to make a lot of money.
