Ning Ge sat down next to Song Jiaying, snatched the bottle of alcohol from her hand, and directly asked the bartender for an empty glass, filling it himself.

He had just seen two guys about to approach her, but he had beaten them to it.

Glancing at his watch, Ning Ge said, "It’s almost midnight."

"So what?" Song Jiaying took back the bottle from his hand, poured herself a drink, and said, "Since you’re here, want to drink together?"

"I’m taking you home!" Ning Ge answered, sidestepping the invitation.

Song Jiaying smirked at him, "Didn’t expect Fourth Young Master to be a goody two-shoes, needing to head home by midnight. Could it be that you’re Cinderella? Let me see, where’s the glass slipper?"

Feigning curiosity, she glanced down at his feet.
