The eighties was still a relatively conservative era, but as society developed, especially in big cities where people became more knowledgeable, mindsets gradually opened up. As for relationships, as long as both parties were willing, and emotions ran deep, it wasn’t all that surprising if they did something intimate in the heat of the moment.
What Cheng Su and the others didn’t expect was these two broke tradition, got intimate before solidifying their relationship, and then, one of them just ran off.
Isn’t this like a scene from a TV drama?
"Did you not satisfy her or something?" Cheng Yaozu chuckled suggestively.
Ning Ge’s face darkened like a pot bottom and he coldly smiled at him, "Want to give it a try yourself?"
Cheng Su held back a laugh and lightly coughed, reminding the loose-tongued Cheng Yaozu and Ning Ge that there was still a woman present here.
Cheng Yaozu rubbed his nose, still looking at Ning Ge with a smile.
Ning Ge said, "Anyway, I haven’t seen her since that day. My sister said she went abroad; whether she’s back now, I don’t know, but I can’t find her."
He wasn’t exactly not annoyed about it, and also felt somewhat uncomfortable. They had done that thing, and he wasn’t someone who wouldn’t take responsibility. Did she really have to run? And for so long that she couldn’t be found?
"She’s obviously trying to avoid you. If you care, you should ask your sister to think of a way to find her," Cheng Su pointedly said.
Ning Ge just showed a bitter smile, "Since you say she’s purposely avoiding me, then would my sister be able to find her?"
He had somewhat hinted at this to his sister, but there were just no traces of that girl.
Cheng Su was momentarily speechless by his retort, spreading her hands and saying, "Then you can only see where fate takes you both. If you’re meant to be, no matter when, she’ll come to you eventually."
