He slammed his car into the battered van. Since the van was already falling apart, the impact nearly flipped it over.
Still enraged, Grant relentlessly rammed the van a few more times until he felt satisfied. However, his own car suffered heavy damage—the engine stalled, and his driver's side door was jammed open and wouldn't close.
Suddenly, the van's doors flew open, and four or five massive men poured out. They ripped Grant's jammed door wide open.
They dragged Grant out of his seat with one violently hard pull and immediately began beating him mercilessly.
They swung heavy wrenches, wooden bats, and random metal pipes salvaged from their wrecked van.
Pure terror finally gripped Grant.
He screamed in broken English, "Don't hit me! Please stop! I have money! I'll pay you! I'll buy you a new car!"
One of the men spat in disgust. "Think you're a big shot because you got cash? Who gives a shit! You think money gives you the right to run us off the road? You think you can do whatever you want? I hate rich bastards! Go to hell!"
Another thug roared, "You nearly killed us, and you think we're just gonna let you walk?"
A third man let out a dark, twisted laugh. "Look at this old creep, dressed in designer clothes, acting all superior. He looks real pretty."
The men exchanged sadistic grins.
They beat Grant to a bloody pulp.
Then, one of the men dragged Grant's limp body into the pitch-black shadows of the wilderness.
Grant, who had nearly passed out from the pain, suddenly realized what was happening and began screaming hysterically.
"Let me go! Let me go! Don't touch me! Help! Somebody help me!"
A freezing chill washed over Grant as his lower half was exposed to the biting night wind.
They ripped off his designer belt, stripped him of his shoes, tore off his clothes, and threw him face-first into the mud and filth.
