When Janice arrived at the compare the next day, she was informed that the group of seamstresses was already at the Product Division. 

Sheqncloened her pare 

The crisp sound of her high heels drew the seamstresses attention, and they immediately stood when they saw her approach. 

“Ms. Smith!” Yvonne’s eves sparkled with excitement. 

Janice was dressed in a deep brown overcoat that exuded a sharp, commanding avra, beneath it, her rallored professional attire emphasized her polished demeanor. Her long, waw hair carried a faint tragrance, giving her an elegance that seemed even more striking than when she was at Refined Threads Co. 

“Ms. Smith, you’re getting more beautiful every day!” Yvonne sald with genuine aduudration. 

Janice smiled warmly “And all of you look just as sturning.” 

The seamstresses who had previously worked at Prosper Stitch Group overheard the exchange and couldn’t help but feel uneasy. 

Janice had suggested adding a new group to the department, and many of them had assumed it was to group those people together into one large team to compete with them. 

But it quickly became apparent that this wasn’t the case. 

“You’ll all follow Ms. Sinclair to the employee conference room,” Janice Instructed 

“Understood, Ms. Smith.” 

After setting down her handbag and coat, Janice picked up her phone and headed to the conference room braselt. 

Once the door shut behind her, Janice was the only leader present 

“To be trank,” Janice began, addressing the group. “I didn’t bring you here to continue doing ordinary crochet work like you did in Prosper Stitch Group. Instead, I want to give you the opportunity to learn double–sided crochet” 

Her words sparked immediate mumers among the seamstresses. 

Janice waited patiently for a moment before raising her hand to signal for silence 

“Your salaries will not decrease,” she assured them. “This is a special arrangement from Mr. Edward Moore, the CEO of Prosper Stitch Group. During your training, you’ll receive the same base pay as any regular seamstress until you reapable of completing a double–sided crochet plece independently.” 

she continued with sincerity, “As you all know, no major crochet company curently has a well–established double–sided crochet team. Thope we can be the first Those who excel will have opportunities for overseas assignments, with additional bonuses included.” 

One seamstress asked hesitantly, “But who will teach us? Double–sided crochet is difficult to master. While we all know the basics, none of us are proficient. Most of us are trained in artisan crochet, Ms. Smith, I’m sure you’re well aware of that.” 

Janice smiled brightly. “I’ll teach you myself. From now until the New Year, I’ll personally arrange lessons for you. All you need to do is focus on learning. Though I don’t have much in the way of savings, if any of you have difficulties during this time, don’t hesitate to come to me.” 

Her tone softened as she continued, “I’ll say this again: since you’ve come here to support me, I’ll make sure no one bulbs you not under my watch, and not ever.” 

Thou words struck a familiar chord. She had said the same thing years ago, which was why so many loyal seamstresses had chosen to follow her to Prosper Stitch Group. One of the seamstresses who Janice had helped in the past stood up. “Ms. Smith, rest assured. Since we’ve come here, we won’t let you face anything alone anymore.” The others besitated briefly but soon followed suit, rising to their feet 

“That’s right! You’re not alone anymore. You have us!! 

They understood all too well what it was to be new and face hostility. They guessed that the crochet supervisors at Prosper Stitch Group must have given Janice a hard time or tried to trip her up in some way 

Janice looked at them, her heart warmed despite the prickling at the comers of her eyes. She turned to Yvonne 

“From now on, you’ll be in charge of the double–sided crochet tram. You’ll be a supervisor. You’ll all have a dedicated floor to work on, separate from the other teams. How you choose to organtor things is up to you ” 

“Thank you for trusting me, Ms. Smith!Yvonne replied, beaming with excitement as she accepted the responsibility. 

Janice nodded and added, “By the end of the year, we’ll have an order that needs to be completed. It’s a new deal i just secured, Melody & Loops Creations tumed it down becajive they don’t lune mong skilled double sided seamstresses. hope you’ll all work hard and learn quickly so we can finish this order by the deadline. And when we do, the bonuses 

The grusgra eyes lit up. “Got it!” 

After all, they hadn’t let that horses and families to work for charity. As long as there was money valved, they would give it everything they had!
