Chapter 120 Victory
Riley swung her axes once more. Her momentum kept building, fiercer now than at the start of the fight.

PineappleBeer stared at the vials in her hand. The despair on her face shifted to confusion, then hardened into a wild, stubborn resolve.
She didn’t overthink it. She knocked back the antidote and the health potion. Her shattered left arm wasn’t fully fixed but she could finally move it a little.
“Nightshade!”
Riley charged straight back toward that mountain of rotting flesh..
“You think you can heal? You really think your health pool is that deep?”
“Bring it on! Let’s trade hits! Let’s see if your regeneration outruns my axes!”
“Roar?!”
The Rotten Tyrant across from them actually hesitated for a split second.
Nightshade had been sitting there, smug, waiting for the two women to finally drop from poison and blood loss.
But in a heartbeat, these two ants–who should’ve been running on fumes–suddenly looked like they’d gotten a second wind.
The axe–wielder–all her wounds were just gone?
And that assassin–how was she moving even faster than before?
“No way… Where are you getting supplies from?!”
Nightshade let out a disbelieving shriek.
The answer came in the form of a throwing axe, powered by 32 points of Strength.
“Thud!”
The axe buried itself in his giant mask, cracking off a jagged piece.
“None of your damn business!”
Riley caught the axe on the rebound and closed in again.
This time, the whole rhythm of the fight changed.
Before, they’d been dancing on a razor’s edge, careful to dodge every blow, afraid to take a hit

Now? This was an all–out brawl.
A tentacle came slamming down at her?
Riley raised an axe and took it head–on
“Clang!”
The impact shoved her back two steps. Didn’t matter. She pulled out an “Intermediate Healing Potion” and chugged it in one go.
Health topped off.
She kept chopping.
Poison mist billowed toward her?
PineappleBeer swallowed an antidote, her speed spiking by 30%. She dashed straight through the toxic cloud and started stabbing frantically at the monster’s core.
Nightshade was losing it.
His proud war of attrition had completely fallen apart. On top of that, these two women were already terrifyingly strong to begin with.
His tentacles kept getting hacked off. They’d regrow. Get chopped again. Grow back again.
But each regrowth drained a massive amount of death energy.
“Aaaagh! You damn cheaters!!”
Nightshade screamed, his voice cracking with frustration. “Why?! Why won’t you just die?!”
Between the potions and the constant energy drain, the giant meatball body began to quiver unstable. The once- impenetrable defense started showing gashes that wouldn’t seal–the regeneration just couldn’t keep up with the damage anymore.
“He’s panicking.”
Riley spotted Nightshade’s opening.
She wiped a trickle of potion residue from the corner of her mouth.
“PineappleBeer! His core’s exposed! Right under that mask!”
It was the spot that used to be wrapped in layers of tentacles. Now, with the tentacles too slow to regrow, a pulsating purple–black weak point lay bare.
“On it!”

Chapter 120 Victory
PineappleBeer materialized mid–air, her daggers gleaming with a deadly chill.
Riley grabbed the last two “Blast Molotovs” from her inventory.
She hurled them with everything she had.
“Boom! Boom!”

Fire erupted across the monster’s face, blinding Nightshade and cutting short his attempt to defend himself.
In that instant, as flames lit up the cavern-
Riley tightened her grip on both axes, kicked off a broken tentacle, and launched herself high into the air.
At the same moment, PineappleBeer turned into a black streak, driving toward the core from a sharp, tricky angle.
One high, one low.
A perfect, coordinated finishing move.
“NO–!!!”
Nightshade let out one last, horrid screech.
Thunk!
The axe shattered through the mask.
The dagger plunged deep into the heart.
The giant meatball monster froze in place for a second.
“BOOM-!!”
