Bye-bye Trash! Hello Queen! novel Chapter 752

Colin deliberately ignored it.

Joanna sneered. He really was an idiot.

Fine, she'd let him stay. He still had his uses, and she would be sure to take full advantage of him.

Tomorrow morning, she would make Natalie's life a living hell.

Meanwhile, Natalie had lunch with Marshall before he was called back to the office.

After dropping him off at his company, she headed to the hospital to see Mrs. Wilson.

At the hospital, she took the private access route.

She went straight to Herbert's office.

She knocked and entered. Herbert was reviewing a patient's chart.

When he saw Natalie, he smiled warmly. "Natalie, you're here."

In his white coat, Herbert looked refined and handsome. Natalie couldn't help but smile back. "Herbert, I came to check on Mrs. Wilson."

Herbert shook his head. "Mrs. Wilson hasn't woken up yet, but her condition has improved. Her legs have severe frostbite, and I'm afraid there might be some lasting effects."

Natalie smiled. "Mrs. Wilson is very lucky. Just making it out alive is a miracle."

Herbert nodded. "Any later, and she wouldn't have made it. Severe hypothermia, plus external injuries. I've compiled all the diagnostic records. Once Mrs. Wilson wakes up, we'll know who the culprit is."

"Even though you've been cleared, I have a feeling they'll still try to use this against you."

Natalie knew Herbert was also on guard. She gave a cold laugh. "I'm sure it won't be long."

Natalie chatted with Herbert for a while before going to see Mrs. Wilson.

"It's not just about revenge. Think about your family, your parents. They wouldn't want to see you lying here like this."

Natalie held Mrs. Wilson's frostbitten hand. The skin was starting to turn black, but ointment had been applied.

Once the layer of necrotic tissue fell away, her hand would return to normal.

Natalie knew she must have felt helpless and been in so much pain.

She had crawled out and thrown herself at Natalie's car.

Despite her severe injuries, she had a desperate will to live, which was why she had fought so hard to get out and find help.

Natalie spoke to Mrs. Wilson for a long time. After twenty minutes, she saw Mrs. Wilson's hand twitch, and a tear slid from the corner of her eye.

Natalie was thrilled. She quickly checked her pulse. It was normal. If she kept talking to her every day, she should wake up soon.
