Climbing Up to The Top Summit novel Chapter 255

"Darling... It's all my fault... I shouldn’t have gone... Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Harvey was shaking as he spoke, regretting that he left to the point where he was choking.

Mandy could hardly open her eyes. Looking at Harvey i n front of her gave her a sense of security. She smiled.

"Honey... I... I'm okay."

That was the first time she had spoken like that in three whole years of marriage between the two, but Harvey didn’t realize it.

He slowly lifted Mandy off the ground, face growing darker by the second.

The thugs who were holding down Cecilia and Angel pushed them away when they saw one of their own getting beaten up like that. They rushed toward Harvey, balling their hands into fists.

The thug at the front laughed.

"Worthless trash, you’re still protecting your wife even with your stature? We’ll do her in front of you when we're done! Heheheh..."

The other thug coldly laughed. They were Liam Stone's men. Don't mention a live-in son-in-law, they wouldn't even bat an eye on a regular rich person.

Harvey seemed like he wasn't paying attention to the

thugs. He comforted Mandy, and then grabbed an empty beer bottle from a table to his right.

Smash!

"He's that good at fighting?"

"Is he really a worthless sack of trash?”

"Must be a coincidence? I heard that when people are furious they'll accumulate some body strength!"

"But, how is he going to clean all this up later?"

The students were gossiping with no end in sight, but Jamie Brooke wasn't phased. He smiled and looked at Harvey.

'How dare a live-in son-in-law touch Liam Stone's men? Does he not fear death?!'
