Chapter 70
Aiden
“No way.”
The words escaped my mouth sharper than I had intended, cutting through the thick tension hanging in the air between us. Noah stood opposite me, arms folded tightly across his chest, his brows knitted together in frustration. That stubborn lift of his chin was already pushing my patience to its limits.
“It’s just a party,” he said slowly, as if I were the one missing the point. “One night. Friday. Keon’s birthday. You know—fun? Socializing? That thing people our age are supposed to do?”
“It’s more than just one night,” I retorted sharply, taking a step closer to him. “Friday night is part of our arrangement. Weekends are off-limits. That was made perfectly clear.”
He scoffed, turning away as if he couldn’t bear to look at me any longer. “Yeah, well, you never said I’d be signing up to be your prisoner. You just told me to ask, and I did, didn’t I? I’m asking for one single night.”
“You’re asking,” I replied, my voice low but resolute, “and I’m answering. The answer is no.”
His eyes snapped back to mine, burning with intensity now. “I’ve been busting my ass out there in the field. I’ve followed every rule, every command. I’ve endured—God, so much! The denials, the restrictions, the punishments…”
“Because this is what you wanted. You came to me.”
“I didn’t come here to be locked inside your damn house! I came to learn, to grow—not to be cut off from my entire life. I deserve a break!”
My jaw clenched tight, fists balled at my sides.
*This isn’t a part-time game, Noah. This is a lifestyle, a dynamic. It doesn’t pause just because it’s inconvenient… And no, you’re not my prisoner,* I told him, my tone softening. *You’re free, Noah. If this isn’t what you want, you’re free to walk away right now.*
The words left my lips like fire, and a flicker of fear stirred deep inside me at the thought of him actually choosing to leave. But I didn’t want someone trapped—I wanted a willing submissive, a partner who, given the choice, would still choose me.
He looked back at me then, no longer angry but hurt. Frustrated. “Please, Sir. Just this once. I promise. It’s Keon’s birthday. I won’t do anything wrong or break any rules. Don’t you trust me?”
“Oh?” I raised an eyebrow.
He had the nerve to look shy, then the nerve to keep going. “There’s this guy teaching deepthroat techniques with a banana. Gag reflex training and everything. I even practiced holding my breath while humming.”
My body betrayed me, a sharp twitch pressing against the zipper of my pants. I sucked in a breath. “Why wait until Saturday when you could show me now?”
Without hesitation, he dropped to his knees.
Just like that.
Naked, flushed, aching and neglected—but his eyes locked on mine like he was about to take his final exam.
He moved between my legs, fingers deftly undoing my belt. This time, there was no hesitation. No awkward buildup. He wanted this. He was desperate to prove himself. And damn if it didn’t show.
