"I see... so you refuse," Deemo said after Morveth rejected his terms. "In that case, best of luck with your endeavors."
He paused briefly before adding, his tone turning colder, "And I still expect compensation for your aggression toward my world."
"Oh? And what will you do if I refuse?" Morveth asked, her tone laced with provocation.
"I won’t allow anyone to attack my territory and walk away unscathed," Deemo replied coldly.
"Even if that individual is a Prime Eternal," he added.
"Do you truly intend to fight me over something so trivial? It’s not as though I actually harmed your world," Morveth said.
Though her words suggested a desire to avoid conflict, it was not out of fear. As a Prime Eternal, her strength stood on equal footing with Deemo’s, making the outcome of such a clash uncertain. Still, it would be a troublesome ordeal, especially over such insignificant matters.
"It’s not about the outcome—it’s about the principle," Deemo replied. "If I entered your territory, defiled it, and you were left to clean up after me, would you simply let it go because no lasting damage was done?"
Mervoth rubbed her eyes in a somewhat annoyed manner before speaking again, "Fine, I will compensate you for attacking your world later. As for that person you’re protecting for some reason... I’ll deal with him later as well, as I am no longer in the mood after dealing with your nonsense."
Deemo let out a cold chuckle before responding, "I am protecting him? That’s quite the misunderstanding you have there."
"I don’t care what you say. I cannot see it any other way."
Deemo suddenly released a deep sigh and spoke with an odd flicker in his eyes, "That man doesn’t need any protection."
After a brief pause, he continued, "Morveth, speaking as someone who has experience with that man before, he’s not someone you want to meddle with."
"That’s exactly what someone who’s afraid would say! That bastard killed my pet! I will kill him, no matter the cost!"
Deemo simply shrugged in silence, having already anticipated her refusal to listen.
"I couldn’t care less what you do, but do not involve me in your mess, and don’t enter or mess with my territory again."
After issuing one final warning, Deemo’s presence vanished completely, as though he had never been there at all.
Morveth departed as well, making preparations both to compensate Deemo for her attack on the Demonic Realm... and to deal with Yuan.
Meanwhile, in the Demonic Realm, after Yuan defeated the True Emperor of the Seas and turned it into a monster core, he stored it and its Blood Essence inside his spatial ring.
"I must say, you have far exceeded all of my expectations, son of the Primal Monarch," the Primal Sovereign of the Seas said, approaching Yuan with a satisfied grin on its round face.
"Though that impostor was weakened during my pursuit, I have little doubt you would have defeated him with relative ease even at full strength," it added.
Yuan turned to face the Primal Sovereign of the Seas and let out a quiet sigh.
"So you were wary of the Prime Eternal backing that squid, huh? I should’ve known... No, perhaps I did know and simply chose to accept it."
"Can you blame me? I cannot even handle an ordinary Eternal, let alone a Prime Eternal. Anyway, as promised, I shall bestow you my Blood Essence for getting rid of that nuisance."

"It was a pleasure meeting you, son of the Primal Monarch."
