’He’ll think about it?! That’s insane!’
Everyone there turned to look at Yuan with wide eyes, clearly in disbelief by his response.
If someone as powerful as Supreme Ruler Dena offered to be their servant, they’d accept in a heartbeat. Yet, for some reason, Yuan did not do such a thing, even saying he’d only consider it.
However, due to personal reasons, none of them said anything.
Supreme Ruler Grant didn’t want Yuan to become even more ridiculous with Supreme Ruler Dena at his beckoning, while Lev wanted to enjoy being Yuan’s only servant for a little longer, Moreover, he’d immediately be outranked by her.
"Fine..." Supreme Ruler Dena responded in a somewhat disappointed tone.
"Anyway, let’s talk about how we’re going to find Supreme Ruler Umbra before we enter Death Paradise," Yuan then said.
"Don’t look at me because I have never been to Death Paradise," Supreme Ruler Grant said.
Supreme Ruler Dena then spoke, "I have briefly visited Death Paradise several times out of curiosity, but I have not once encountered a single individual during my visits. I have met Supreme Ruler Umbra a few times, but it was always at the tripoint like Supreme Ruler Grant."
"You’ve not met a single individual? Just how small is their population?" Yuan remarked with a pondering expression.
Gutou then spoke, "This is just a rumor, but I’ve heard that it’s likely there are fewer than a hundred people living in Death Paradise."
"If we consider their environment, it’s not surprising they have so few people," Lev said.
"So what should we do? Wander Death Paradise until we hopefully encounter someone?" he then asked.
"That could take forever," Supreme Ruler Grant said. "And we don’t have unlimited time in that place."
Yuan pondered for a moment before retrieving a certain scale from his spatial ring and speaking into it.
"Hey, you got some free time?"
Not even three seconds later, a familiar figure emerged from the sea surface to greet him.
"Have you already got someone you want me to kill?" Primal Sovereign of the Seas asked after answering Yuan’s summoning.
"Nope," Yuan immediately shook his head. "I was just wondering if you can find someone for me. I’m looking for the Supreme Ruler of Death Paradise."
"..."
The Primal Sovereign of the Seas stared at Yuan with a dumbfounded face for a moment before responding, "Do I look like a freaking search dog to you?!"
Yuan silently shrugged, not willing to respond to his question.
"I gave you that scale so you could give me a target, not so you could summon me on a whim and order me around like a servant..." the Primal Sovereign of the Seas sighed. Despite its irritable tone, it wasn’t truly enraged.
Yuan then said, "If you do me this favor, I’ll give you some of my blood."
"?!"
