I laughed, the sound rumbling in my chest. "Hate to admit it, but that was my first time fucking in a cold alley at night. Most thrilling outdoor sex I’ve ever had."
She pulled back, eyes wide, laughter bubbling up. "Come on. With that forest around your estate? You’re telling me you haven’t fucked all twenty-three or something of your women out there under the stars?"
I grinned, shifting the G-Wagon into gear. "Oh, I have. Daytime, moonlight picnics, you name it. But night in an alley, with the city breathing down our necks? That’s a first."
She cackled, slapping my arm. "Finally! I took a first from you. Small victories, rich boy."
Her laughter softened, fading into a quiet hum as we sat there, engine idling, the city’s pulse thrumming outside. I glanced at her, catching the shift in her eyes—playful to pensive. I eased the car to a stop at a red light, my hand resting on her thigh.
"You thought about my request yet?"
She sighed, turning to face me, her dark eyes locking onto mine, searching. It had been days since I’d asked her to move into the estate, to leave behind the danger of her club shifts, her sketchy commute, the nights walking streets where now rivals like Marisol and her pack lurked.
Tonight, had proven my point—Reyna was a magnet for trouble, and I wasn’t about to let my woman face that alone. She’d said she’d think about it, but no answer had come.
"I want to," she admitted, voice soft but heavy. "God, I want to live with you, Peter. But... your women. That whole world. It’s so new, and I’m..."
She bit her lip, the scar whitening. "I’m intimidated, okay? They’re all rich, or polished, or... proper. I’m street-hardened, a ’female thug’ like people say. I’m scared I’ll stick out, feel left out, like I don’t belong."
I let her words settle, my thumb tracing circles on her thigh. I got it—her fear wasn’t just about fitting in; it was about being seen as less. But my women? They weren’t like that. Each one carried scars, some visible, some buried deep. They’d clawed their way through their own hells—abandonment, betrayal, loss—and they’d built a family out of it.
No major judgment, just fierce protection for their sisters. They’d welcome Reyna with open arms, not side-eyes.
I didn’t say all that. Instead, I pulled her close, my arm wrapping around her shoulders, lips brushing her temple. "Don’t worry, baby. Come for a day. If you don’t feel welcomed—if it’s not home— I’ll get you a place nearby until you’re ready. No pressure."
She nodded, her breath hitching, then leaned in, pressing a soft kiss to my jaw. Her eyes flickered up, locking on mine, and her voice dropped to a whisper, raw and unguarded, something she hadn’t said since we started this.
"I love you."
The words hit like a spark to gasoline. I cupped her face, my thumbs brushing her cheeks, and crashed my mouth into hers.
The kiss was deep, consuming—tongue sliding against hers, teeth nipping her lower lip, drawing a soft moan that vibrated against my lips. My hands tangled in her hair, pulling her closer, the console digging into my ribs but I didn’t care. Her fingers clutched my jacket, nails scraping leather, her breath hitching as I sucked her tongue, tasting chili, rum, and her.
The kiss stretched, hungry, endless—her lips swollen, my heart pounding, the world narrowing to the heat of her mouth, the way her body arched into me, desperate for more. When I finally pulled back, her eyes were glassy, lips parted, and I smirked, voice low.
"Love you too, trouble."

The G-Wagon purred through the city, neon lights streaking across the windshield in smears of pink and blue, the engine’s low growl a steady heartbeat under our tangled energy. Reyna was a live wire in the passenger seat, her post-sex glow dialed to eleven, her body practically vibrating with affection.
She kicked off her sneakers, the untied one clattering to the floor mat, and twisted toward me, her legs curling under her, one hand already reaching for my arm.
"Peter," she cooed, voice syrupy, dragging my name out like it was candy. Her fingers danced up my bicep, nails grazing the sleeve of my jacket, sending sparks straight to my spine. "You’re so fucking cute when you’re all protective."
"Oh, you are," she giggled, leaning over the console to plant a wet kiss on my cheek, her lips lingering, tongue flicking out to taste the stubble along my jaw. "My god-boy." Her hand slid higher, teasing the collar of my shirt, fingers dipping just under to trace my collarbone.
"Reyna," I warned, voice low, but the grin tugging my lips betrayed me. "I’m driving."
She laughed—a bright, mischievous sound—and unbuckled her seatbelt, the click loud in the cabin. Before I could protest, she was climbing over the console, her knees knocking the gearshift, her ass in the air as she scrambled into the backseat with a giggle.
"Oops," she purred, not sorry at all.
"Reyna," I growled, but it came out half-laugh, my focus split between the road and her relentless affection. She kissed the back of my neck, lips soft, then sucked hard enough to leave a mark, her tongue swirling over the spot. "You’re playing dirty."
"Always," she murmured, her hands sliding down my chest, fingers sneaking under my jacket to tease my nipples through my shirt, pinching lightly.
I hissed, the car swerving just enough to make her squeal with delight. She wasn’t done—her lips moved to my other ear, kissing the lobe, then blowing a cool stream of air that made me shiver. "Don’t stop driving, baby. I dare you."
"Eyes on the road, god-boy," she whispered, her voice dripping with mock innocence. She slid back, sprawling across the backseat again, one leg kicked up on the headrest, her toes brushing my shoulder. "You’re so tense. Let me help."
Her toes wiggled, tickling my neck, and I snorted, swatting at her foot. "You’re gonna make me crash this million-dollar car, and then who’s spoiling you?"
"Still you," she said, grinning, and launched forward again, this time straddling the console itself, her knees wedged between the seats. She cupped my face, forcing me to glance at her for a split second—her eyes sparkling, lips parted, cheeks flushed.
She kissed me hard, tongue plunging into my mouth, a messy, hungry clash that tasted of her and us and the night. I groaned, one hand leaving the wheel to grip her thigh, squeezing hard.
"Reyna," I muttered against her lips, "you’re gonna kill me."
"Never," she whispered, kissing my cheek, my jaw, my neck, her hands roaming my chest, tugging at my shirt to sneak underneath, nails raking my abs. "You just love me way too much to do that."
She nibbled my earlobe again, then tickled under my chin, her laughter infectious as I squirmed, the car weaving just enough to keep my pulse racing.
"Sit your ass down," I said, but there was no heat in it. I loved this—her wild, unfiltered adoration, the way she filled every inch of space with her light.
She ignored me, of course, sliding back to the backseat only to lean forward again, her lips brushing my temple, her fingers threading through my hair, massaging my scalp.
"Keep driving," she sang, kissing the ticklish spot behind my ear, her tongue flicking out to make me jolt. "I’m just getting started."
The city blurred past, stoplights and storefronts a kaleidoscope, but all I felt was her—her lips, her hands, her laughter wrapping around me like a lifeline. She was lovey-dovey chaos, and I wouldn’t trade a second of it.
