The dungeon was throwing desperate enemies at them who weren’t always in perfect condition to fight. They were very likely trying to get away from the thing the Crimson Handmaiden had labeled as ’The Heart.’

Though that did not mean their encounters were easy, not at all. Cornered beasts were the most dangerous and unpredictable, after all. What made their progress so quick was the rate of hostile encounters that were expedited by the monsters’ desire to leave the inner parts of the dungeon.

As for Kaiden’s choice of Stat investments, he decided to give priority to physical stats over magical ones this time around. Pride Stance was immensely powerful, and the Mana stat was always beneficial to have no matter the stance he was in, but Physical stats would always be useful even without casting spells.

For now, Kaiden’s magical capabilities were not enough for him to justify prioritizing mage stats over warrior ones. He simply lacked enough spells to cast. Unlike Nyx, Aria, and Bastet, he and Luna relied more on their melee skills.

"Level 24 already?! Good job, Kai!!" Aria beamed at him with an otherworldly gorgeous expression. Her eyes were practically sparkling with delight and pride in her boyfriend.

The silver-haired beauty even bounced a few times on her butt where she sat, as if she were witnessing the birth of a new star. Her blush, faint and adorable, bloomed across her pale cheeks. "Four levels in one day!"

She let out a dreamy sigh, looking at Kaiden like he just won a global tournament without breaking a sweat.

A soft thump signaled Luna landing her perky behind squarely in Kaiden’s lap. She did it wordlessly, but her actions practically vibrated with possessiveness. She leaned back and gave Aria a sideways glance filled with just the right amount of bite.

"Stop dickriding already... What are you, a damned fangirl? It’s as if I was listening to that ’Kaiden’s Wife’ chick glaze him for the whole duration of the stream as she always does," she said with a dry tone while brushing a strand of her purple hair behind her ear. "I’m pretty sure you’re also level 24 or just about to be, so why are you acting as if he suddenly turned level 100?"

The mood instantly shifted.

Aria’s giddy cheer dimmed at first, then completely evaporated. A cloud passed in front of the serene moon.

Her smile flattened. Her gaze sharpened.

Aria tilted her head, making her silver hair cascade over her shoulder as her whole body language emitted nothing but danger alarms. "You’re not one to talk about dickriding... Have you even looked at where you’re seated, miss?"

Luna didn’t even have to blink at the Moon Valkyrie’s hostile tone and words. Her smirk only widened, and mischief danced in her eyes.

A few more strokes of their lush hair occurred, each motion lessening the friction between the two women. Seeing he was successful, Kaiden smirked, "Leave catfighting for when we leave this damned place in one piece and you find yourselves naked on the harem bed. I’ll even volunteer to be the referee."

Aria looked away first, with her cheeks turning red. "K-Kai... Don’t even suggest such a perverted thing..."

Luna rolled her eyes and clicked her tongue. "What did you expect from this dude? He might’ve become more serious and responsible in recent times, but never-ever allow yourself to forget that we’re dealing with a horndog who willingly became a pornstar just to do it with hot chicks.
