Divorce me I'm done serving you (Ayla) novel Chapter 657

You would never guess what Troy was going through just by looking at him.

When Isabella walked in, it took him a few seconds to notice her.

Then she saw him suddenly lean forward and brace both hands on the desk. His head dropped as he took deep breaths. Each one came faster than the last. Soon he had to loosen his tie.

At 6'2", Troy usually looked tall and confident. His tailored suit made him look calm and controlled. But now his arms were tense, the muscles tight under the fabric.

His breathing grew louder. Slowly, his face turned pale. The veins on his forehead pulsed sharply, as if he had just suffered a terrible shock or seen something truly frightening.

Isabella froze. She hurried over, her heart tightening. In a low voice, she asked, "Mr. Winston, what happened?"

Troy seemed to wake from a daze when he heard her. He slowly lifted his head.

The look in his eyes was cold and fierce. Isabella jumped back without thinking. Her whole body stiffened.

"M-Mr. Winston, what's wrong?"

"Floyd and Esme are gone." Even after saying it, Troy still couldn't believe it. His mind felt blank.

How could his children disappear?

Before leaving for her business trip, Ayla had told him clearly—take good care of the twins. But now they were gone. Right under his watch.

They had checked the security cameras. There was no sign of the children.

The bodyguards said the same thing.

The housekeeper, Martin, who had arranged to help guard the house, had fainted from the shock.

Several nannies were crying in the villa. They were shaking with fear. Losing the twins was a responsibility they could not bear. A few had fainted as well.

Isabella was stunned. How could this happen? The heirs of the Winstons had gone missing? Who had the nerve to kidnap them?

The Troy she knew was ruthless and efficient. When he wanted something, he went after it fast and without mercy. Years ago, he fought his way past the other candidates and took control of the company. Even after winning, he showed no mercy. He pushed the others completely out of the core management.

Martin had not liked it. But the difference in ability was obvious. Troy was the best successor.

His cold and dominant nature made him unstoppable in business.

If he used the same method to chase a woman, it could easily backfire.

When Isabella first heard Troy had secretly arranged IVF with Ayla overseas, she was shocked. Then she realized something. Yes. That was exactly the kind of thing Troy would do.

As a woman, Isabella could only pray she would never meet someone like him. If a man like Troy decided to pursue you, escaping would be almost impossible. You might struggle for years and still fail. It was a nightmare.

Troy had been born with everything. He grew up surrounded by wealth and protection. His parents were there. His grandfather was there. His family stood firmly behind him. He was talented. Smart. Extremely capable. Power, money, women—those things had always come easily to him. If he wanted something, he got it.

When he lost Ayla, his instinct was simple. Take her back. To Troy, it wasn't harassment. It wasn't selfish. It was only natural. He had treated Draven the same way since childhood. If Troy wanted something, it should belong to him. That belief had sunk deep into his bones. Along with it came the arrogance of a man who had never truly been denied.
