Chapter 18:22
Mark had completely abandoned hope after several years, convinced that no one in the world could cure his condition. He was merely waiting for the tuner to spread and for death to finally come.
“Go stand up against the wall and stay perfectly still,” Ashton stated firmly.
Mark was momentarily taken aback and initially intended to decline the instruction. However, he found himself yielding to Ashton because of his overwhelming presence.
Almost instinctively, he did as he was told, leaning against the wall and maintaining an upright posture
Ashton flicked his wrist, producing three silver needles that he drove into the acupoints on Mark’s neck. He then utilized the Ninefold Arcane Technique and systematically severed the connections between the malignant tumor and the underlying bone and tissue.
He moved with fluid precision, and before long, the onlookers noticed the growtfron Mark’s neck shrinking steadily, its sickly black hue beginning to dim. Mark’s ashen complexion improved significantly as well, showing signs of renewed vitality.
“Holy shit! Is this guy actually a divine doctor? His technique with those needles is incredible!”
“It’s so miraculous that it feels staged! Is this all just a scam?”
“It’s not a scam! Mark’s condition is well-known across Zolane! He lost everything because of that tumor and was practically a walking corpse! How could this be staged? That doctor might be young, but he’s got some skills!”
“I really hope Mark’s tumor can be cured. He has had nothing but bad luck for decades. He’s due for a break.”
Lauren and the martial arts experts behind her turned their attention to Ashton, their looks of contempt replaced by expressions of solemnity.
“I-Is there truly hope for my condition?” Mark, who had long given up hope, suddenly started trembling.
He felt a newfound sense of ease in his limbs, and the sharp pain from the tumor on his neck was beginning to subside.
“Of course,” Ashton replied as he maintained the Ninefold Arcane Technique, channeling the toxins out of the body and incinerating them entirely with the Sovereign Flame.
It took about ten minutes, and once it was over, Ashton withdrew the three silver needles with a sweep of his hand and stated calmly, “Your malignant tumor has been eliminated.”
“Holy shit! Mark hadn’t only gotten rid of his tumor. His facial scarring has also disappeared, leaving his complexion remarkably clear and radiant! He looks as if he had undergone a total transformation! That’s insane!” [
“That doctor must have cleared all the toxins. Mark has a new lease on life now! That doctor really knows what he’s doing!” “That’s incredible! Mark has his life back and looks better than ever! He really managed to turn a disaster into a blessing!” “Thank you, doctor! Thank you so much!” Mark, feeling a weight lifted, rubbed his smooth neck.
He broke down in tears once he realized that the growth was truly gone. He dropped to his knees, prostrating himself before Ashton in gratitude.
“Get up,” Ashton said as he helped Mark to his feet.
“H-How about the payment?” Mark asked.
“That won’t be necessary,” Ashton replied, shaking his head.
“Please help me! These seizures of mine are becoming more frequent! Those renowned doctors gave me less than a month to live! I still have a young daughter, so what will happen to her if I’m gone? You have to help me!” Kate Langton felt a spark of
hope for the fire tine in years after witnessing Mark’s povery.
tan placed his Yangons against Kara’s wrist to chok her palse, sending a sliver of black
into her system
“Is it treatable?” Lauren couldn’t help but ask, her chest heaving Sightly with her visible extement.
