“What did you just say?” Flint exclaimed.

He’d been resting with his eyes closed, but they flew open as he shot to his feet, his expression twisted in ferocious rage.

Irina, who was preparing a pot of tea beside him, looked at him curiously. It was her first time seeing him lose his composure like this. What on earth happened?

“Cornelius, are you sure it was Ashton Gray who did it?” Flint questioned grimly.

Cornelius replied coldly, “My son called me himself, and the moment the call connected, Ashton killed him. All I heard was my son’s anguished scream! Just who exactly is this Ashton Gray? Can I kill him tonight to avenge my son?”

“Cornelius, head to Blossom Hall with your men immediately and surround the place. I’ll talk to Ronan Hopper, a deputy head of the Dominion Vanguard, right away. Ronan and I will each bring our own people and rush over as fast as possible.

“What happened, sir?” Irina asked, looking quite seductive in her form–fitting business suit and high heels.

“Ashton killed Rudy and Emmett,” Flint said grimly. “Notify Ronan immediately. Ashton must die tonight. He delivered himself right up to us on a silver platter. Once Ashton is dead, I’ll immediately agree to the Dominion Vanguard’s conditions.”

“Understood!” Irina nodded before swiftly reaching out to Ronan.

A minute later, she ended the call and smelled. “Sir, Ronan will be heading over to Blossom Hall with the Dominion Vanguard at once. They’ll be pinning the charges onto Ashton and executing him on the spot.”

“Excellent! Let’s go. Ashton won’t be escaping this time! To think that he wanted to challenge me for my position as ruler of Javonbury’s criminal underworld. Hah! He’s nowhere near qualified for that yet!” Flint scoffed.

Elise stiffened when she felt the murderous hostility from hundreds of people flooding into the place. Her lips turned pale as she exclaimed, “There are three factions out there and at least several hundred people in total- and not a single one of them is weak by any means!”

“Ms. Haywood! Mr. Gray! Blossom Hall has been surrounded!” a woman reported shakily.
