Zeke’s eyes were bloodshot as he said, “Don’t push this too far!”

“Shut up!” Brody barked, stopping his son mid–sentence.

“Dad!” Zeke protested.

Brody ignored him and turned to Ashton, his expression grave. “Mr. Gray, you already control Linton Island’s criminal underworld. Or are you perhaps planning to extend your influence into legitimate business as well?”

“Not bad,” Ashton replied, then he got straight to the point. “I want you to submit to me, Mr. Zapata. From now on, I alone rule both sides of Linton Island. What do you say?”

As soon as he said that, the killing intent in the air surged.
