"Mind telling me the identity of this person," Shenlian Yingyue demanded, not giving Wu Ying a chance to refuse.
"Why are you looking for him?" Wu Ying asked, her voice trembling.
"Am I obligated to respond?" Shenlian Yingyue replied, her voice firm, as she hugged Xiao Yun and threw a question back at Wu Ying.
"Please tell me, I promise I’ll tell you about him," Wu Ying said, taking a deep breath.
"You’re breaking your promise with my master," Xiao Yun frowned, displeased.
When Wu Ying turned to look at Xiao Yun’s rainbow-colored eyes, she was shocked. There was fear, disbelief, and amazement in her eyes.
Xiao Yun, who had seen through Wu Ying’s illusion spell, noticed her expressions and smiled coldly.
Wu Ying knew his identity, and so did every powerful person in this world. He intentionally let Wu Ying see his identity to prevent her from trying any tricks on his master.
This was a message, a warning that if she dared to oppose his master, the entire Witchcraft Clan, even the God and Goddess of the Witchcraft Clan, would come and kneel before him. No one in the world could save her and everyone here.
Wu Ying’s back was soaked in sweat, and her face behind the cloak was extremely pale.
Who were these people? How could this person be with them?
{Are you qualified to negotiate with her}" Xiao Yun’s deep, captivating voice rang in her mind, sending shivers down Wu Ying’s spine.
"I’ll tell you," Wu Ying suddenly compromised.
Both of them looked at Wu Ying with suspicion.
"He is the right-hand man of the Wiccan God," Wu Ying said.
Shenlian Yingyue’s face remained expressionless, revealing nothing about her thoughts.
"Where is he now?" Shenlian Yingyue asked.
"I’m not sure. Around fifty-five years ago, he came to this continent, saying he needed something. Then he left shortly after," Wu Ying replied thoughtfully.
Shenlian Yingyue calculated the time. It should be around the time when Diyu’s family was destroyed. But what was his purpose for coming here?
As a right-hand man of the Wiccan God, he came to the Mortal Realm to harm people, and the rule of heaven didn’t do anything to him.
"Is he in the Demigod Realm now?" Shenlian Yingyue asked, her eyebrows wrinkled in concern.
"Perhaps," Wu Ying nodded.
"What is his name?" Shenlian Yingyue asked again.
"His name is..."
Shenlian Yingyue found the information, took out the Red Spider Lily stone, and sent a message to Diyu.
Huang Bai Xing continued to gaze at Wu Ying, noticing that her attitude wasn’t like she was giving in but rather something else. Her figure seemed to shake, as if she was trying to hold on to something that made her soul tremble.
"Give me some treasures," Huang Bai Xing demanded, crossing her arms.
Everyone: "..."
"I won the battle," Huang Bai Xing explained indifferently.
Everyone: "....."
Since they had accomplished their goal, they left the Twilight Forest. Along the way, no one troubled them.
--------------
"Yue’er, are you okay? Did anyone hurt you?" As soon as they got out, Diyu rushed to hug the slender figure tightly.
Seeing that she hadn’t suffered any injuries, he let out a sigh of relief.
"I didn’t get bullied," she said firmly, shaking her head.
"Hurry up, what else do you need to do? Don’t waste any more time!" Ji Fulin urged impatiently.
"Shut up!" Huang Bai Xing scolded him sharply.
Under everyone’s gaze, she walked away, her expression unreadable.
"What’s wrong with her?" Ji Fulin asked, surprised. No one had ever scolded him before. She had never been like this.
