Keira sat quietly in the passenger seat and looked outside the window. She tilted her head upon hearing Kamden’s voice. A smile immediately appeared on her expressionless face like gentle ripples on a calm lake.

She shook her head like a little cat acting coquettishly, but her gaze was firm.”I’m fine. The Vaughan Group is such a big company. How could you just make things convenient for me?”

The car arrived at the hotel entrance, and Kamden stopped the car. He wanted to say, “The entire Vaughan Group can be at your service, let alone just doing a favor.”

Keira frowned as she watched him lean against the wall and slowly get up.

His action looked very strange as if he had difficulty in walking.

The smell of alcohol emanated from him, mixed with a hint of sweat. His shirt and suit pants were also wrinkled. There was a tear in the cuff.

Keira was not surprised that Andres was able to find her room.
