Keira had been busy on the set for several days but still couldn’t get used to the bed in that hotel. While she was considering whether or not to change to another hotel at her own expense, received a call from Ronin.

Knowing that he would never call her without a proper reason, Keira could only reluctantly answer the call.

“Keira, are you busy?” Ronin asked.

“Mr. Moran, just tell me if there’s anything. You’re my boss, so it’s normal for you to assign me tasks,” Keira said.

Keira pinched the bridge of her nose and asked, “When? I will take a day off and go over.”

She was so straightforward that Ronin was a little surprised. He thought she might be difficult to deal with as she had the Vaughan family as her support.

He immediately answered, “The day after tomorrow.”

Keira responded, “OK.”

She then took a day off and returned to Warner Estate the next afternoon. It was close to the company, making it convenient for her to go there the next day.

When Kamden came back and saw Keira, he raised his eyebrows in surprise.

“Why didn’t you let me pick you up when you came back?” He walked up to Keira, and a hint of tenderness appeared on his cold face.

As he got closer, he realized that Keira looked a bit pale.

He reached out and touched her forehead, only to find that she wasn’t sick.

So, he directly said, “You look a bit unwell. What happened?”

Keira yawned and lazily slouched on the couch like a boneless octopus, saying, “You know what? The hotel arranged by the crew has very uncomfortable beds. Sleeping there made me feel like having a long-running race, which only gave me a sore back and aching legs. I haven’t had a good rest these past

few days. Since I have to take the newcomers to the set tomorrow, I’ll just go home and get some good rest.”
