It was another piece of surveillance footage.
The video showed a conference room where several people were seated. It was the recording of Tyler Erickson and Vivienne coercing Emilia into selling the song.
When this video dropped, the internet exploded.
“So that’s how she got the song. She explicitly bought it and then had the nerve to claim she wrote it herself, that it was her original work.”
This was the final, irrefutable proof.
Looking back, it was utterly shameless.
“The surveillance video has a timestamp. If you calculate it, this was probably right around the time they were getting a divorce.”
“I can’t even imagine what Emilia must have been going through at that time.”
Online, someone had already edited together a compilation of all the statements Vivienne had made about “Faint Whispers,” whether on live streams or in other appearances.
It solidified the fact that she had committed copyright infringement.
Even though the song was sold, the writing credit belonged to Emilia—Emy—and her alone.
Now, looking back at Vivienne’s pathetic excuses, it was all a joke.
First, she claimed Emy was a friend who had stolen her song to register the copyright. Then, after finding out Emilia was Emy, she accused Emilia of ambushing her to steal her work.
Now, all of it looked like a complete farce.
Vivienne had bought a finished product from the very beginning.
And she had forced the sale.
“I have never seen such a shameless person in my life!”
This became the universal consensus, both online and offline, after the truth was revealed.
The scene nearly erupted into a riot, and security guards rushed to maintain order.
On the large screen, Emilia’s voice was clear. “Donovan Entertainment and I have officially initiated legal proceedings. Vivienne, you’ll get what’s coming to you.”
After saying her piece, Emilia ended the live stream, leaving chaos in her wake.
Once Emilia confirmed the stream was off, she handed the company phone back to Christian.
Their eyes met, a shared understanding passing between them.
