As he thought this, Felix dialed Theodore's number.
Theodore frowned slightly when he saw the caller ID.
But he answered the call.
"Theodore, where is Vivienne livestreaming from? Give me the address," Felix's voice came through.
Theodore glanced towards the backstage area. From his angle, he could vaguely see the busy figures moving around.
"What are you planning to do?" Theodore asked. He still had no idea what Felix had obtained in Solmaris over the past few days.
Felix had insisted on telling them only after he returned to the country.
He said he wanted to tell Emilia in person.
At one point, Theodore had considered using his own resources to investigate in Solmaris.
But Christian's contacts had just been making inquiries there, so it wasn't wise to make any rash moves.
Later, it became even more convenient when Felix had to go there for a conference.
Perhaps because of the days of round-the-clock interrogations, Felix was feeling agitated.
So, he simply said, "Just give me the address."
Theodore sent him an address.
It wasn't far from his current location.
"Felix, whatever you're about to do, think about Emilia's feelings first," Theodore's voice came through the phone. "That's my advice to you."
Felix gave the address to the driver while looking out at the scenery rushing past the car window.
Emilia and Joyce were good friends; he had practically watched her grow up.
At first, he too thought he saw her as a little sister.
It wasn't until he learned that she had fallen for Tyler.
Only then did he realize his feelings for her were more than just brotherly affection.
But by then, she was already with Tyler.
This time, she had left Tyler. He thought he finally had a chance. He wanted to wait for her to slowly heal, and then tell her.
But Theodore had swooped in, fighting for her affection and winning her heart first.
He was a step too late.
He had also found out about her stepfather beating her after the fact.
He was a step too late then, too.
