Glenn Manor.
Theodore held Emilia by the waist, feeling her tremble with passion as he pulled her closer.
He brushed the sweat-dampened hair from her face and kissed her.
Emilia panted softly. They had been at it on and off several times throughout the night.
She looked at Theodore. The tips of his hair were slightly damp with sweat, and his dark eyes were filled with desire.
She had finally taken this step.
The man with her now was Theodore, not Tyler.
The sky outside was beginning to lighten. She reached out and caressed his face.
"Theodore," she called his name softly.
"Yes, I'm here," he said, kissing her again. His warm hand settled on her waist as he pressed his body against hers once more.
Emilia’s lips twitched, and she gently pushed him away.
"No more," she said.
But Theodore coaxed her, "Emilia, just one more time."
Emilia was exhausted and a little reluctant.
Theodore’s hand caressed her lower abdomen, his voice sexy and hoarse. "Emilia, should we have a child?"
Emilia’s body stiffened slightly as sadness washed over her.
The two children she had lost were a constant pain in her heart.
She opened her mouth to say something, but the words wouldn't come out.
She looked up at Theodore, who was gazing down at her, his eyes full of love.
"What do you say, Emilia?" he asked, his voice gentle. "A child that belongs to just the two of us."
A lump formed in Emilia's throat, and her eyes reddened.
"Theodore," she called his name.
"Hmm?" he responded softly.
"I might not... be able to have children anymore," she said.
This time, Theodore didn't answer immediately.
He had known about her physical condition from the very beginning.
