Tyler was tearing the city apart trying to find Vivienne.
He had seen her pathetic excuse of a social media post.
In fact, the exact same words had been sent directly to his phone.
[Tyler, the internet is twisting everything. Don't you remember what happened? Joyce attacked me! I didn't start the fight. The rumors are completely baseless!]
[I admit I was jealous of Emilia. I even admit I hated her. But why would I do something like that? I didn't even know she was pregnant. Pushing her down the stairs would only make you feel sorry for her.]

Crash! Tyler slammed his fist into the table.
The violent impact sent a glass shattering onto the floor, spraying shards everywhere.
Right at that moment, Tyler's phone buzzed with a text from the caregiver.
[I was the caregiver working closely with Vivienne. I have secret audio recordings from the past few months, containing things you couldn't possibly imagine-specifically about Emilia's car accident. If you want them, meet me at the corner cafe tomorrow at noon.]
Tyler's brow furrowed into a deep, dangerous scowl.
