San Han Yao could see that Bu Hui was running away.
After all, Bu Hui was eager to participate in the battle and didn't seem to care about anything else. It was also because they didn't want him to die that they forced Bu Hui to train in the past.
"Your Highness, about this…"
"Let him be." San Han Yao raised his hand and shook his head. Right now, his position is the prince of the tribe and Bu Hui is his subordinate. So he had the attitude of a ruler to their subordinate.
In their private interaction, he would be the other party's junior brother, listening to Bu Hui's every words.
But now…
It's simply impossible.
"General Tan and General Yao, I will rely on you two for the battles." San Han Yao smiled when he saw the two generals.
They have been preparing for this battle for a long time and San Han Yao had already dragged them into his camps. Even if his brothers were to make trouble, they would not be able to do anything.
Now, all he needed to do was to prove the victory to his father.
The Chief was bedridden with injuries and it wouldn't take long for the entire tribe to fall into the state without leader. It would be the perfect time for him to make a move.
Thinking about this, San Han Yao felt even more delighted.
"Yes, Your Highness!"
The two generals bowed and listened to San Han Yao's words.
"Depart!"
"Uooo!"
…
<Long distance away, Fei Yang Kingdom's Border, General Gao's side>
General Gao had received letter from Long Qian Xing, informing him about his arrival and the fact that he would be staying nearby. Should General Gao needed help, Long Qian Xing would rush over to help.
Though, General Gao doubted that he would need Long Qian Xing's help.
He had been fighting against the northern tribe for a long period of time and had a lot of clashes against them over the years.
So far, he hadn't suffered that much.
Well, at least, that was how it is in his opinion.
There were times when the army broke in, though.
'With the new and long walls, it won't be so easy for them to break into FeI Yang Kingdom's territory.'
General Gao looked at the newly built walls with great satisfaction. When he found out that Emperor Yang Zhou directly invested a lot of manpower and resources to build the walls, he was delighted.
The main reason was because he knew that it was not that easy for them to deal with the northern tribe.
There were times when these tribes cunningly took path that was harder to cross in order to enter Fei Yang Kingdom's territory and then the few cities behind had to fight hard to repel them before General Gao could give assistance.
But how could it be so easy?
It was very miserable.
No matter how much he and the other generals applied for more, they were ignored and simply asked to do their work well.
Now with FeI Yang Kingdom giving them enough supplies…
"It's not an exaggeration to say that Fei Yang Kingdom succeed because of many factors," General Gao murmured.
People only saw that the war was done smoothly but there were definitely logistics behind them who were working hard and all.
And General Gao could say for sure that the result of the war would be deeply influenced by these people. They were working behind the scenes, helping the army to fight to their fullest and didn't need to worry about anything else.
General Gao sighed.
It was a good thing that he surrendered.
At least, this would allow many people to stay alive.
But some people were still dissatisfied with the fact that they were now under Fei Yang Kingdom. It General Gao's role to help them adjust to their current situation and also to eliminate those who were too stubborn and tried to sabotage from the back.
Dong! Dong!
Hearing the faint sound of war drum from the distance, General Gao's expression changed. He quickly rushed to the window and looked outside the wall.
From here, he could see a large number of soldiers from the northern tribe had arrived.
"So the war… finally started."
