He was already fucked up because he didn’t get the type of love he wanted from his mother, and he died happily under the knife of his son.”

“Seb’s mother loved his father, but she was too traumatized to show him that, and his father kept trying to make her happy. Took her out on dates, bought her literally everything she could ask for, opened a business for her, but she didn’t open up. She would keep quiet like a mute around him, and it frustrated his father. Even Seb wasn’t sure about his mother’s feelings for his father until he killed him. He expected his mother to be happy and free, but it only got worse. His mother fell into depression and couldn’t handle his father’s death, then killed herself two years later.” I I concluded.

The air felt too tight when I was done. Everything came out, and my breathing started getting heavy because Sebastian didn’t deserve that, but it still happened to him. Eloise looked like she had been hit by a truck, but by a truckload of information.

empathy in his eyes.

“And he swore that he wouldn’t ever have a kid. He was scared that he would turn out like his father, and then he would have to die at the hands of his child.” I explained.

“But it doesn’t work that way. It doesn’t. Sebastian will be an amazing father.”

“But he doesn’t believe that, and he’s convinced about it,” I said. “So do you understand why I’m panicking right now? Because this could either break or make us. And I can’t abort a baby. It’s not in my DNA to do that.” I explained.

“I understand now. I understand, but still, we have to do something about it; we can’t just keep it a secret forever.”

“I can’t even keep any secrets from him; he knows me too well, and one look from him, I’m spilling everything.”

“Come here.” She said and pulled me into a hug.

I folded into the hug because I actually needed this. I needed the hug so bad; I felt alone, even though I wasn’t alone, because I had to make this decision by myself. I could either abort the baby and make Sebastian happy or keep the baby and break us, but I can’t abort my baby.

I just can’t.

And the thought of losing Sebastian? My mate? It made it hard to breathe.
