Chapter 1970: Sky Dominion

Wrath unsheathed his sword in one go and lunged. But before he understood what was happening, he was thrusting toward the wrong direction. He could have sworn that Sylas was in front of him, but he ended up behind him instead.

Sylas was almost entirely focused on the scene of Whale Runes whizzing by his naked eye.

The Boar roared, space twisting and shattering. A domain of bloody red spread out and Sylas uncovered that his control over space was falling into an endless quagmire.

With a step, the Boar had appeared before him.

Sylas' eyes flashed with a tesseract. He took a breath and slowly exhaled, the world slowing around him considerably as Madness bloomed from him.

The rainbow feathered armor separated from his body, his telekinesis wrapping around it and then forming an illusory humanoid within it.

BANG.

Sylas didn't even look at the Boar, his foot tapping the ground as he extended the distance. His eyes had never been more focused. In fact, it almost felt like the moment he received some external pressure, he became even faster.

It was like he had never been trying his best until this moment. Or, maybe... even this wasn't his limit. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎

BOOM.

Wrath and the Rune Armor puppet slid back against one another.

The First Layer, Weight of a Domain.

Wrath looked down at his wrist. It was bent at an awkward angle, having snapped off in the wrong direction.

He honestly couldn't believe it. If the Gluttony Seed could explosively increase the strength of Will while the Lust Seed explosively increased the strength of Charisma, the Wrath Seed was like an exponential, violent upswing of pure, raw strength.

The angrier he got, the more powerful his body became. It was the most direct and maybe even most useful of the Seeds in terms of giving one immediately usable strength.

And yet... he had just lost an exchange of power against a vacant Rune Armor...

What?

BOOM.

The Armor appeared before Wrath in an instant, attacking again and shattering the latter's chest.

Weight of a Domain. It pulled on the Will of the Dino Race, its existence as both a bridge and a reminder. The Will they carried forward was more than just their own. They spanned not only several Divergent Evolution Races, but also a descendant generation that looked toward them for insight and hope of strength.

Such a Will had a disproportionate impact on the Mesh of Reality.

Its weight was simply heavier. And as such, every strike one wielding this Armor levied came with the mass of celestial bodies.

The Armor wasn't stronger than Wrath.

It was heavier.

The Dino King Armor suddenly vanished.

BOOM.

A crater appeared in its place and the roar of The Boar pealed across the skies.

Chi. Chi. Chi. Chi.
