Early the next morning, Sienna was awakened by noises outside her door.

She had barely slept a wink, her mind constantly running through potential escape routes.

The door opened, and Cillian stood in the doorway. Today, he was dressed in a black button-down and slacks, radiating an even more dangerous aura.

"Get ready. You're coming with me," he ordered flatly.

Sienna glanced at him. "Where?"

"I told you I was going to show you the true face of this city." Cillian smirked, his gaze calculating.

Half an hour later, a low-profile black SUV rolled into the most chaotic part of the city: the Southwick District.

This was the capital's ultimate gray zone, teeming with gangsters and outlaws, where every illicit deal under the sun took place.

The vehicle stopped in front of a dilapidated warehouse.

Cillian stepped out, and Sienna followed close behind.

As the massive warehouse doors swung open, a wall of deafening noise hit them.

Stepping inside, Sienna realized there was a whole other world hidden here. The three-level underground space was a massive black market.

Auctions, gambling dens, illegal trades—all the filthy business that couldn't survive in the sunlight was operating openly right in front of her.

"Welcome to my world." Cillian glanced at her, a hint of swagger in his eyes.

Sienna scanned the massive floor, her expression completely unchanged.

She had seen this before. Three years ago, in that underground casino, she had already experienced just how dark Cillian's empire really was.

"Why did you bring me here? What are you trying to prove?" she asked calmly.

"To show you that in this city, all those wealthy elites parading around in the sunlight are nothing but paper tigers to me." Cillian's voice dropped. "And you belong to me now."

Sienna let out a cold laugh. "And? Is this your way of threatening me?"

"No." Cillian turned to face her directly. "I just want you to understand that you can't escape. Even if Lucas mobilized every resource the Lowery family has, he could never find you on my turf."

"Is that so?" Sienna tipped her chin up, her gaze sharp. "Did you ever consider that maybe I don't want to run?"
