Chapter 293 The Rules
The group chat replied, “Then hurry up! Go ask right now!”
Lilith put her hands on her hips. “Hey, what’s with that attitude? You’re about to piss me off!”
The group chat replied, “My dear Lilith, we’re sorry! Please, please help us! Go ask Ms. Schofield for us! We beg you!” “That’s more like it!” Lilith said proudly, flipping her hair, then ran over to Elizabeth, who was quietly talking with Zaylee.
“Ms. Schofield! Ms. Schofield!” Lilith’s eyes sparkled. Her voice had a playful, pleading fane as she pushed the screen closer to Elizabeth and quickly explained the situation.
“My friends have gone crazy seeing your farm. They’re all begging for the address so they can come over. I didn’t dare say yes myself. So I wanted to ask if you’d allow them to visit and see the place? I promise they’ll behave! Really!”
Elizabeth listened, then glanced at Zaylee. Seeing her nod casually, Elizabeth had no hesitation.
“Sure. The farm welcomes anyone who truly loves this place.”
Lilith’s eyes lit up even more.
Elizabeth continued, “But, the farm can only handle so many visitors. To keep the environment and operations running smoothly, and to make sure every guest has a good experience, we can take only ten extra visitors. Since they’re your friends, I’ll leave that choice to you.”
“Ten? Perfect! Thank you, Ms. Schofield!” Lilith nodded quickly.
Ten spots were few compared to her huge circle of friends, but hey, it
was better than nothing!
“Also, once they arrive, they have to follow the farm rules. This isn’t a playground, it’s a working farm,” Elizabeth added, her expression turning serious.
“You say it! I’ll make them memorize every single rule!” Lilith said confidently.
Rules? There weren’t any before, since the farm wasn’t open to outsiders.
Elizabeth thought for a moment and made up five rules on the spot.
“First, don’t disturb any other guests on the farm.
“Second, no running around, roughhousing, or ioud yelling in the farm areas.
“Third, never intentionally damage crops, trees, or any farm equipment.
“Fourth, respect food–taks only what you need and don’t waste anything.
“Fifth, don’t disturb the staff while they’re working. Follow instructions from the farm owner or designated staft”
As Elizabeth spoke each rule, Lilith nodded hard and quickly typed everything into her device.
“That’s all five rules. If you can follow them, you’re welcome. If not, or if your family isn’t comfortable, then don’t come. And if anyone breaks the rules once they’re here, I’ll ask them to leave immediately and never allowed back can you manage that
Elizabeth whited gently, but her eyes were sharp
“Don’t worry! Absolutely with wrote down all five–rules, nodding ber head repeatedly
She was about to rush to the group chat to share the news when Elizabeth suddenly remembered something. She smiled and added a soft but serious note that made Lilith mstantly perk up
Elizabeth said casually, “Oh, and one more thing. I personally don’t like people talking behind my back about me or the farm, especially spreading false rumors. So if it’s okay, please let your friends know–anyone who has previously joined in online gossip or insulted me and the farm doesn’t need to come. My farm doesn’t welcome them.“,
Lilith froze for a moment, then quickly understood.
Her face immediately lit up with a determined look, and she nodded vigorously. “Don’t worry. Ms. Schofield! Those people who spread rumors without knowing the facts? Forget them. Not only do you not welɗome them, I also don’t think they deserve to come and tarnish this amazing place! I’ll make sure they hear this loud and clear!”
With Elizabeth’s approval and extra reminder, Lilith opened the group voice chat that was already flooding with excited messages.
