Chapter 111 Ten Million Shock
The taste was way better than any strawberry she’d ever had before.

It wasn’t just sweet; it had this fresh, energetic kick with spiritual energy. Every bite felt like it was washing away all her stress and exhaustion.
“Mmm…” Elizabeth closed her eyes, letting out a happy sigh. A relaxed smile spread across her face.
All the stress and exhaustion from the past few days seemed to melt away with just one strawberry.
She finished it in two bites, licked her lips, and reached for another one.
This time, she took a second to admire it before popping it in her mouth and savoring the flavor.
One after another.
She moved between the rows, picking only the ripest, brightest red ones.
Every time she picked one, she either ate it right away or reluctantly placed it in the basket.
The basket slowly filled with a layer of red fruit, and the satisfaction on her face kept growing.
Back then, there were only two rotten strawberries in the trash box Paul found.
From those two, she picked out 300 seeds.
She didn’t waste a single one. She sprouted them all and grew them into full plants.
Now, each plant had at least 30 ripe strawberries.
That meant this small patch would give her at least a thousand strawberries.
Hahaha!
She finally had “strawberry freedom.”
Other than saving the best and healthiest ones for seeds to grow more, she decided to keep the rest for herself.
Thinking that, she looked at the strawberry field in front of her, her eyes softening.
These were her treasures. Her own little sweet fortress, built bit by bit on top of this garbage wasteland.
She picked an especially bright red strawberry and popped it into her mouth again, letting the sweetness spread across her tongue. It felt so good she almost started humming.
Just as Elizabeth was enjoying the strawberries, her device suddenly made a clear notification sound.
It was a payment notification.
But the pre–sale link for the free market wasn’t even up yet. Where was this money coming from?

She opened it to check and froze on the spot.
Hundreds… thousands… ten thousand… a hundred thousand… a million… ten million?!
Ten million stellar coins?!
Her first reaction wasn’t excitement–it was pure shock.
She jumped to her feet, her heart pounding.
Did I just win the lottery?
No… This isn’t a lucky break, it feels like a trap.
There was no way her account would suddenly have an extra ten million for no reason.
Could it be some illegal group using my account to launder money?!
Call the cops! I have to report this!
That was her first instinct.
But then what?
The
money would definitely get frozen or taken away. And her? As the account holder being used like a tool, what did she gain from this?
She might even end up in huge trouble.
While all kinds of thoughts ran through her head, her device buzzed again. A message from an unknown number popped up.
She opened it, confused, and froze again.
“Hello, Mrs. Hewitt. Sorry to bother you. I am Jeremy Hewitt, the butler of the Hewitts. On behalf of Commander Hewitt and Mrs. Zaylee, we have transferred 10 million stellar coins to your account. This is a wedding gift from them. Mrs. Zaylee insists that you accept it and spend it however you like. Please don’t settle for less than you deserve.”
The Hewitts?
Mrs. Hewitt?
Commander Hewitt and Mrs. Zaylee?!
It took Elizabeth a full five seconds to connect all of that to her ridiculous match marriage.
Trevor and Zaylee… Aren’t they my in–laws?
So this ten million is a wedding gift for me as their “daughter–in–law“?!
Isn’t that a bit too much?!
