Her Tears Are His Weakness novel Chapter 200

Layla muttered, "I don't care if they have a royal title to pass down. Your boyfriend's sister is way out of line."

Samantha added, "There's also one part I forgot to mention."

"What is it?" asked Layla.

"She tried to hit me, but I dodged," Samantha continued. "She ended up falling onto the glass shards she broke and bled all over."

Layla cheered. "That's awesome!"

Before she knew it, she pressed the cotton swab right onto Samantha's wound, causing Samantha to cry out in pain. She quickly pulled her hand back and leaned down to blow on the wound. "My bad. I got too excited."

Samantha replied, "It's fine. Don't worry about it."

After dealing with Samantha's wound, Layla kept the first-aid kit away, asking, "Are you going back tonight?"

Samantha responded, "I don't feel like it."

"Perfect." Layla was thrilled. "Stay with me tonight. It's been so long since we've hung out."

Samanatha eagerly nodded. "Sure."

Later that night, they were lying on the bed when Layla suddenly remarked, "You've done a good job in keeping your boyfriend a secret. When are you bringing him around so I can meet him and ensure he's good enough for you?"

Samantha was half-asleep as she hugged Layla and mumbled, "I guess when the time comes. I don't know if he's cool with it."

"Is that how it's going to be?"

"He has such an influential reputation. Not everyone gets to invite him."

"Not even you?"

"It's a little complicated."

Earlier, she was so worked up that she charged ahead with such great momentum. When she fell, the impact caused the cut to be so deep that the wound needed several stitches.

Laura hurried to the bed. She sounded heartbroken and worried when she asked, "How did this happen?"

Upon seeing Laura, Yara burst into tears. Her voice was so raspy that she could barely speak. "It's all Samantha's fault, Aunt Laura. That nasty woman just hates me and wants to hurt me."

Laura's expression immediately darkened, and a cold glint flickered in her eyes. "Samantha? What did she do to you?"

Yara sobbed, choking on her words. "S-She pushed me on purpose, shoving me right into the broken glass. S-She just doesn't like me and wants to hurt me."

Laura snapped, "Samantha did that? Is she out of her mind?"

Yara held Laura's hand and bawled her eyes out. "You have to defend me, Aunt Laura. Samantha is such a nasty woman. She doesn't deserve to be with Leo."

With eyes that gleamed coldly, Laura rose to her full height, firmly stating, "I'll speak to Leo now and reveal Samantha's true colors."
