His Housewife Had Secret Identities novel Chapter 747

Loren gasped, stunned by Jonathan's directness. The warmth of a living person spread from her shoulders through his cold hands, traveling through his entire body and slowly untangling the knot of doubt in his heart.

Jonathan stared at the woman so close to him, and his eyes instantly reddened. "Wife," he choked out, his voice trembling and bitter, "come home with me, won't you?" Beside them, Loren's eyes were wide, utterly bewildered by the scene unfolding before him.

Niamh was just as shocked. She never imagined that even after hiding herself away on Whispering Island, she would still run into Jonathan. Loren's introduction had identified him as Mr. Jason, the head of Cygnus Biotech and the richest man on H Island.

This brought back memories—the Jade Peak Pavilion she had auctioned off was bought by this very Mr. Jason for an exorbitant sum. And when The Thomas Group faced its greatest crisis, the "white knight" Elmer had introduced her to was none other than Mr. Jason's Cygnus Biotech. So... the person behind it all had always been Jonathan.

Niamh subconsciously touched her chest, feeling a faint flutter. It was a different sensation from the shock of seeing Jonathan again. On the surface, however, she presented a stark contrast to the emotional man before her.

"Honey..." As Jonathan tried to move even closer, Niamh instinctively took a step back, a calm yet distant smile on her face. "Mr. Thomas, don't call me that. We're divorced. I'm a single woman now." After saying her piece, Niamh turned to leave.

Niamh, with her back to him, glanced over her shoulder. Jonathan's reaction wasn't what she'd expected. She thought that upon discovering she was alive, he would cling to her, endlessly demanding to know why she had deceived him. Seeing that he wasn't coming any closer, Niamh started walking again, leaving the Phantom Opera Hall.

Jonathan followed her, step for step, all the way to the side of the road. Just then, a car pulled up. It was a black Audi A6, a car Jonathan didn't recognize. It stopped smoothly in front of Niamh, and the person who got out was someone Jonathan knew, much to his surprise.

"Kali, I brought the baby." Flynn Sinclair got out of the car, and it took him a moment to notice the man standing a few feet away from Niamh. "Mr. Th—" He started to say Jonathan's last name but caught himself before finishing.
