Chapter 194
“Luna Caliana, it’s wonderful to meet you,” I said.
“Call me Caliana, please,” she said, “This is my husband, Eward Chasia.”
Alpha Edward Chasia’s aura was the most powerful of them. He was intimidating but courteous. He shook my hand.
Hello, welcome to the family, Elizabeth,” he said in a deep voice.
“Thank you, sir,” I was so shy.

Aerys introduced his four uncles, Jamal, Marcus, Marcos, and Garrett. They welcomed me into their home well and then introduced their wives. The first one to greet me cheerfully was Jamal’s wife, Pauline. Elaine and Riley followed to welcome me. I felt an intense gaze on me, and I turned. Another lovely pregnant woman had just entered the room. It must have been Marcus’ wife, Selene.
My eyes locked with her, and immediately, I knew she was different. She wasn’t a shifter like the rest of them. Her energy was tranquil and different. Her scent was more earthy, and her eyes held knowledge.
Selene’s eyes were scrutinizing me. I held her gaze with a polite smile on my face.
“You must be Elizabeth. My nephew didn’t do you justice when he bragged about your beauty. You’re beautiful indeed,” she said softly. Beautiful? She was fucking beautiful! They all were.
Thank you, you too.”
I interacted with everyone. Aerys didn’t leave my side even for a moment.
Ten minutes later, it was time for dinner. We went to the large dining room. Aerys pulled out a chair so I could sit next to me. The servants standing in the room’s corners uncovered the platters lined on the table. There was so much food. Steak, mashed potatoes, roasted chicken. It was an all-you-can-eat buffet here /As everyone started serving themselves, Aerys piled so much food on my plate. I had to hold his hand to stop him. I certainly didn’t eat so much, but everyone else did. Shifters ate more than
anyone.
“So, Elizabeth, where is your family?” Selena asked. She was sitting across from me. I swallowed before answering.
“Central Europe,” I said quickly. I stayed in Central Europe for decades after I left home. It was my home. However, my family and clan were in the west, hours away, hidden in grand castles.

Why are you far from home?” Pauline frowned,
Well, I left home when I turned eighteen. I just wanted to live my life. My family trusts me, and we are always in touch,” I said. They seemed to be satisfied with that.
“I heard you run a successful shipping company. How did you do that at a young age?” Jamal asked. He was the friendliest of the men. However, I knew that was just a facade, Jamal could be the devil when needed. He was a Chasia, after all.
Well, I graduated early, and my father founded the company,” I answered.
The rest of the dinner was pleasant. Everyone was friendly to me. After dinner, Aerys showed me the grounds.
“I didn’t see your siblings and cousins,” I said as we stopped in the garden. It was his mother’s favorite place in the whole
manor.
It was an all-adult dinner. You will see them next time.”
He leaned against a tree and pulled me in his arms.
“You have a lovely home and a wonderful family,” I told him.
